I dropped this thing a hundred times case is bent. Just keeps on ticking, buy Samsung products please. I'm a fan boy I've purchased everything Samsung and never had an issue. As far as technical support I can't speak about it. I've never called.

It was super easy to Set up and I could quickly Solve any bumps I ran into. Overall first impressions, definitely 10/ 10. Hopefully, it continues not to disappoint!

I had been watching Netflix from my computer, due to the fact I still have one gamer left in the home that hogs the internet. I must say I'm in love! I personally did not like the options for drawing on the app store, and switched back to a different brand. However, I still really like it for the other things mentioned.

It is also perfect when I'm on the the go alot and I can watch videos and take notes together. The split screen makes multi tasking easy to do when I can't use my laptop and can handle alot of task that I through at it. It's also great when playing games that require heavy use and the battery last a long time which is perfect when doing long tasks or watching media. And it is the perfect size.
