Bad Delivery

I purchased a freezer from Sam's Club with an original delivery date of May 29. The item did not arrive as scheduled. After contacting customer service, I waited approximately 15 minutes while the representative checked on the order and was told delivery would occur on June 3 between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM. I rearranged my schedule and spent much of my day off waiting at the delivery address. No delivery occurred, and I received no notification of a delay. I contacted customer service again and was given a new delivery date of June 4. Once again, I waited from 10:00 AM until 7:00 PM. The freezer was not delivered, and no communication was provided regarding the missed appointment. Today I attempted to contact customer service again and was faced with another lengthy wait time. At this point, my concern is no longer the delayed freezer but the complete lack of communication and respect for the customer's time. Two separate delivery appointments were missed after I was given specific dates and timeframes, and no one proactively contacted me to explain the situation. I have requested a full refund. This experience has been extremely disappointing. Delays can happen, but repeated missed delivery commitments without communication are unacceptable. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Sam's Club delivery services.

Waste my money .

waste my money. within 6 months it's broken. custom service very slow. we report in August still they not fix it.

I bought this freezer for my convenience store last July and it started messing up within 6 months. Went warm after 8 months. Do not reccommend!
