This is a seriously comfy pillow! I use it when I sleep on my side, but not when I sleep on my back. I really like a thinner pillow when I’m on my side, and this is the perfect one for me! I also love that it stays cooler, especially since I have a ceiling fan. I am a hot sleeper, so this has been perfect to keep me from waking up with a sweaty face! It's also really nice though, that if I am running cold, I can just flip it to the other side, and it won't feel so cold anymore! IMO, you pay for what you get, and in this case I think you are getting more than what you pay for! This same pillow, in a furniture store, is easily $100 or more. In that sense, I think this pillow is a really great deal! I would absolutely Recommend it!!

In the beginning I wasn’t fully sure about this, I have never had this kind of pillow. My first week was weird to get used to, but as soon as it settled…OMG, I won’t get any other style anymore, it feels so firm and soft at the same time, cool, lightweight…I am 100% confident I made a big move getting this pillow

I received this pillow for review earlier in the week. It is a medium-density, cooling foam--lots of give, yet firm. It is VERY cooling, even through a cotton pillow case. This pillow is definitely "premium" with it's extra-layer removable (zippered) covering as well as the foam material. I have gotten great night's sleeps with this pillow and definitely recommend.

The Members Mark Hotel Premier Pillow is phenomenal. I've been using it for a few weeks and its extremely comfortable. The height is perfect and maintains the perfect neck position. The fill keeps its position while still being coolong. The cover is very premium. The pillow is as nice if not better than the expensive brands I've bought in the past.

This is a very soft yet firm pillow. My kids truly enjoy this pillow for its true softness, We’ve had it for a few weeks and it has not lost its form at all. Overall a great bang for my buck. Great size and not too heavy either

The pillow is very much like other memory foam pillows. It seems to strike a good balance between being firm enough to support my head yet not pushing back so much that it causes my neck to ache. The cooling effect is nice.

I like to try out different pillows. I sleep on my side and back and want neck support. I like my pillow to be soft but firm enough to hold my head up to be aligned with my spine. I felt this pillow did just that. I’ve only had it for a month so I can’t speak to longevity but so far it’s holding up great. No indents from my head.

So glad I found this pillow, “Member’s Mark Hotel Premier Collection Premium Cooling Gel Memory Foam Pillow”. It has made a world of difference in my sleep. I have acid reflux and need a firm pillow to keep my head elevated. This pillow has helped tremendously! Only has 2 size options - King & Standard. No Queen unfortunately. Nevertheless, if you are having difficulty sleeping, try this pillow. It does keep your head elevated at a comfortable level and it stays cool. Highly recommend pillow for acid reflux sufferers. Hope my review will help others. Also, I did remove the zippered pillow protective cover, washed it & put it back on. Felt it needed to be refreshed.

I've been trying several different pillows, and the last few have not really been cool. Although they were supposed to be cooling memory gel pillows, this one is cool, stays cool and is firm enough that it doesn't just mush, so that my head starts falling in at an awkward angle so I really like this pillow. It is worth every dollar I paid for it although I will warn you that for the first few days, it does have a kind nasty smell. So if that is going to bother you, I would take it out and leave it out for a few days before you started sleeping on it. The smell should be gone by then.

This is a wonderful pillow if you want firm support. It is not too stif to where your head is too high but it does not go flat like some pillows do. It states that it is cool and so far my head has not gotten hot during the night. I have gotten a good nights sleep every night for 2 weeks now. Give this one a try, you’ll regret your decision.
