It’s a very nice pillow for the price. Offers great support. I typically use a pillow with a rounded out portion for additional neck support but I still felt great with this pillow even without the cut out. Will buy another.

The Member’s Mark Hotel Premier Collection pillow is very comfortable. The cooling effect is noticeable, but it could be stronger. I like the quality of construction. It should last for years. I would order more of these.

At first, I thought this was going to be too firm because I normally like a softer pillow but the memory foam is great and gives great support without feeling too firm. The cooling effect is also a plus!

This Cooling Gel Memory Foam Pillow is great. Firm yet super comfy and supportive. I sleep in all positions except my stomach and it works great across the board. Love that it doesnt get hot. Cover is removeable for laundering.

It wasn't what I'd expected. The pillow didn't conform to my head like I thought it would. It did have a strong plastic smell, that didn't dissipate as quickly as I felt it should have. My husband didn't find that it was comfortable either.

Love this pillow it is super soft and keeps its shape the fabric is silky soft and I love how the cover is removable for washing would definitely recommend to anyone who is in the market for a new pillow

This is not a soft pillow, but it is also not so firm that it is uncomfortable. My head does not sink into the pillow much so in that sense it provides good support and is not hot. Overall I am happy with it after 2 weeks.

This pillow is super comfortable. I bought it for my son who was looking for a moderately firm but soft pillow that was also cooler than average. This pillow meets those requirements and is a budget friendly price.

AMAZING! My husband had been experiencing some neck discomfort and needed a new pillow, he loves this one. It’s improved his sleep, he loves the quality of memory foam, and we will definitely be swapping out our other pillows for these ones.

I really like this pillow! It is firmer than most, but does get a little less firmer (not much) with use. I was looking for a pillow that would hold it's shape and this one does. It has no smell which is a plus!!
