I absolutely love this pillow! I had already been using a memory foam pillow, but my old one didn't contain the cooling gel. It really helps to keep my head from overheating and is so comfortable! It gives me the support I need all night long, and doesn't "squish down" like some other pillows do.

This memory foam pillow is very similar to some much more expensive brands we've tried, and it's performance is on par as well. While we don't have a good idea of how the pillow will hold up over time, it's firmness works well for me (side-sleeper), and the "new foam" smell wore off in about a day. The pillow doesn't sleep hot, but it doesn't really feel as though it's "cooling" via phase change material. This is expected I'd assume when using a pillow cover and pillow case since there now several layers between the pillow and skin. Will likely get another one or two of these pillows.

I’ve been shopping for pillows for years and I could never find a good pillow like the one I have I couldn’t tell you how many pillows I bought that went to waste. I recently got this one and I’m super happy with it. It’s nice and firm. it keeps its rigidity and your head doesn’t sink in to the point where you pretty much don’t have a pillow. I really recommend this pillow it keeps your head upright in the perfect position most pillows feel good in the beginning, but throughout the night, your head sinks in and the sides of the pillow comes up and covers your face. This one doesn’t.

I received this pillow as part of a testing promotion, and I was skeptical that it could be as comfortable as my high-end pillows that I currently own, but upon receiving it, I was highly impressed by the quality in the field of the fabric end of the support that it was given I would highly recommend it

I have been wanting to buy one of these for the longest time but they are pricey and I wouldn’t do it. This pillow is magic. My husband just had surgery and was having a lot of back and neck pain, the pain is gone after a couple of nights using this pillow. It’s beautiful, is soft but at the same time it give you the right support. I would recommend it 100 percent, in fact I am buying another one now.

This pillow is so comfortable! It’s really soft and holds shape well. It’s not lumpy so it stands well on the bed. The cooling effect is great if you get hot at night. It’s great to prop up to watch a show in bed and soft enough to then sleep on as well.

This pillow is great. The memory foam provides a great sleep experience while conforming to your head and neck. The removable cover makes washing a breeze. The only downside is that it is not super thick pillow. So if you like large fluffier pillows you might be disappointed.

Having struggled with restless nights and neck pain for quite some time, I finally decided to invest in a memory foam pillow. After extensive research and glowing recommendations, I opted for the members mark memory foam pillow, and let me tell you, it has changed everything. From the moment I laid my head on this pillow, I knew I was in for a treat. The plush memory foam gently cradles my head and I slept like a baby.

My husband and I are half back and half side sleepers. Both of us are extremely happy after his first nights sleep. My husband big head just settled into it, and the next morning the pillow recovered it's shape as new. From every perspective for me this is a very high quality pillow. MEMBER'S MARK Hotel premier pillow is firm gives strong support, cooling feeling. Slightly smell very faint nothing natural deodorizer couldn't fix. Cover is machine washable.  The fact that they are antimicrobial is awesome! Only issue was keeping my husband from snagging it from me 😂  ! I will be getting my own set soon!!

I was skeptical at first when starting to use this pillow. I typically prefer pillows less full. Right away I was a fan of the cooling aspect. So refreshing to not have to flip a pillow throughout the night to sleep on a cool side. This pillow has grown on me and now is my favorite. It has reduced neck cramping and allows for a more restful nights sleep.
