I bought this mattress in the winter of 2023. It is now August 2024 and there are noticeable dips in the mattress where we lie and essentially a hill in the middle of the bed. We are average sized people. I’m 5’4 135 lbs and husband is 5’10 around 160. Some folks like the bed to form around them, so if you do, this is great. I myself prefer a mattress that retains its shape.

Several years ago I bought a Beautyrest firm pillowtop and it remains the best mattress I have ever owned. The pillowtop gives 2-3" and envelopes you and the firm keeps you from sagging. Brilliant. My new Harmony Lux Coral is listed as firm pillowtop and in no way resembles the other mattress. It is just firm. The pillowtop gives maybe 1/2", it's so little I can barely measure it. And with that hardness comes concentration of weight, whereas the other mattress gets rid of pressure points by spreading your weight along your entire body. I don't think the mattress is defective in any way. I just think the description of it is completely false. When I lie on it it feels like a plywood box with half an inch of padding. It's THAT firm. Maybe if I hire a team of 10 year olds to jump on it for a week....

This is a comfortable mattress and big upgrade from my old Sealy innerspring, but after sleeping on this new Beautyrest for 90 days, I’m concerned about the body impressions that don’t seem to rebound when I’m not on it. I’ll keep an eye on it, but am turning the mattress monthly to minimize the impressions. I’m not a big guy. I weigh 180. So I didn’t think I’d have to worry about this with a mattress at this price level. At least not in the first few months of using it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The mattress itself is very comfortable. Sometimes I have my back feeling sore after a night of sleep but it did not happen after using the mattress for a few weeks. I like the firmness of the mattress. It's very soft yet firm at the same time.

It has very soft material its like your sleeping on clouds i have enjoyed every single night sleeping on my mattress!!! I will definitely be buying another one for my other rooms!!

.........it is extremely comfortable but still stinks. I have to use it because it is the only mattress I have. I remove the covers everyday and place a high efficiency air filtration machine in the room. Because of back issues I can't be moving it around. I have purchased 10+ mattresses over my adult life and have never experienced anything like this.
