We bought this set for our cottage living room. It is exactly what we were hoping for. It makes the room look and feel cozy. The cushions and mattress are comfortable. It is well made and looks durable so we are sure it will last many years. There was great communication through the ordering/scheduling/delivery process. The movers were prompt, friendly and professional. We are 110% satisfied!

Down Stairs guest living room at hunting camp. We bought this as we did not have a sleeper sofa to match the standard upstairs living room. Since we already had the sofa set we wanted them all to match. We very pleased with the first set and how it has worn with our grand kids rough housing all the time.

Despite other reviews, we had a completely streamlined, smooth delivery. The manufacturer called to confirm the order and the delibery company called shortly after to schedule delivery. Nothing was damaged, nothing had an odor. The set is perfect and matches our aesthetic to a T.

This is a very comfortable rustic looking collection. I love the nail head accents and the Sierra Lodge tapestry on the backs. Great value

The colors are gorgeous. Perhaps because the sofa has a bed in it, it is firmer to sit on than the loveseat, which feels much more plush and luxurious.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The cushion on my sleeper sofa is not sewn together it’s showing the stuffing. Don’t know who to call ?

1) Furniture set uses soft padding instead of firm foam for back pillows, so will lose it's shape and easily crush 2) Seat cushioning is very firm (a plus), but very high - uncomfortable for most people's average lower leg hight 3) Furniture shipped in boxes using massive amount of molded styrofoam which creates a huge mess crushing it down to fill 4 large black trash bags and about $50 to dispose of into disposal service. Styrofoam has only been known to get into our environment, oceans lasting about $1000 years or more, harming land and sea creatures, and a cause for human health risks. We have only known this for 30 years, yet they continue to create and use this sh*t in spite of it's huge problems. Don't order anything that ships using STYROFOAM!
