I love these tires and rotate them every 5k or so. Was looking at them today and noticed dry rot by the bead on all 4 tires. This concerns me since I likely have another season worth of tread left. Tires are about4 years old. Guess I need to see what discount tire has to say. Hoping the warranty will cover a portion of the replacement.

285/70r 17 E load rated The ko's where great lasted almost 80 thousand miles pulled my 4000lbs trailer loaded with as much as 10 thousand lbs on it. Went thru 5 ft snow drifts with no worries. They pulled my GMC over and thru everything I could throw at it. Awesome tires. Will buy again. AA++

After 5 years of ranch work and driving an hour to work and back, these tires have seen a lot of work and miles and still have about 20% tread left . They have very little road noise,don’t road walk and provide a smooth ride. I absolutely love these tires!!!!

I bought the Ko2 tire the year it was released in Canada, October 2014 and have them on a RAM 1500 4X4. I wanted a AT tire I could run all year but needed the winter snowfake rating for legal reasons due to highway travel to Cariboo region of BC. I've been pretty happy with them overall. I've rotated them every 5000 km and they have worn pretty even, with only about 45,000 km on them now. I have used them in some pretty heavy snow conditions, and happy with performance, though not as good obviously as a dedicated winter tire. My off-roading has been pretty mild, mostly logging roads, a few rough goat tracks, a little bit of mud. Handled everything thrown at them, though I am not as hard on them as some may be. They make more noise than the original OEM tire on my RAM, and the fuel efficiency went down a bit, but not too bad in either respect and it is to be expected from a more aggressive tread. I've noticed quite a few bad reviews on this site, but my experience has been good, and I have noticed a few of the bad reviews state that the users have been using these tires for many years, some back in 2010. I think these reviews are confusing the regular T/A KO with the KO2's as to the best of my knowledge the KO2's were released in 2014 when I first bought mine. All said I would buy these tires again and would recommend them to others. When it comes time for replacement it will either be more KO2's or maybe Wrangler Duratracs due to my need for the winter snowflake.

I first encountered the KO fitted new to a 1989 Nissan Safari 4x4 fresh off the boat as a used Japanese import in 1999. 290,000 km later I am on my 3rd set of KOs. Also I am running them on my 1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I have never been stuck in mud or snow and have only ever had one puncture. The wear is amazing, 80 to 100,000 km from new down to 3mm tread depth. I find them a quiet running tyre but they do get a bit noisy when the tread wears down below 5-6mm. In short, I love 'em! I can't justify using Mud Terrains because I seldom require anything that aggressive. I'm just a bit annoyed that I can't get a set of KOs in 225-60R18 for my wife's 2011 Suzuki Grand Vitara. Operating conditions: Safari: 265-75R16 on 8" rims. (Australian Spec)* Jeep: 255-70R16 on standard rims (Standard Spec) * Note: Australian spec actually specifies 265-70 section. I will never buy a set of these tires again. Within six months of getting these tires they started to go bald. Had them rotated several times to keep an even tread and they still went slick. The old BFG's are a better tire but I don't think I want to even go back to those after this experience.

Bought the 285's for my 2010 Tahoe, which is a little larger than the spec tires, but these filled the tire well and looked great. I balanced and rotated every 5,000 miles. The tires lasted for 102,000 miles. Just bought another set last month and hope to get 100,000 miles on these. Had many people come up and asked about them, they really liked the look.

I have been running BFG AT's for the last decade on multiple Ford diesel trucks I have owned. I love them in rain, snow, mud and on road.....BUT I have yet to get over 30k out of any set I have ever owned. I'm due to replace them now....only have about 28k on them. 2013 f250 6.7l....and I do rotate them every other oil change. I'd love to see what this new 50k warranty covers and if I'm eligible.

Purchased my first set for my full size 1986 Chevy truck with an extra for a prerunner rack and then two years later put them on my daily driver, a 2015+ Subaru Outback. Plan to add underbelly protection and 4" lift with additional coilover air lift to make this one "bad" daily driver that can go anywhere and do most things. Sure it isnt a rockcrawler but throw me anything else a that you can do with your jeep and its game on and comfortable for 4 full size adutls. The "Sub-ricon".

Over the years I've owned 6 sets of bfg all-treains and the new T/A KO2 are the best yet. I can go places in 2 wheel drive where my friends cant in 4 wheel drive but the tries are also just as at home doing 75 down the interstate. Im running a set of 275/65/r18 on a 2013 chevy and i will put them back on the truck. The only down side is i lost about 1.5 mpg but for what they do ill live with that.
