In November 2023 I bought 4 Michelin Defender 2 tires for my 2019 Toyota Highlander and they are GREAT!!! :) I'm extremely happy with these tires. The ride is smooth and quiet. The handling is GREAT!!! While driving it feel as though I'm gliding on the road. It was a very good purchase.

I has one tire replaced due to dry rot and then a couple weeks after that the rest of the set (3) I was so happy how my car drove I bought the Lincoln town car used and these new tires made the car drive so much better like driving on butter I had another Lincoln and it drove the same with Michelin tires the defender 2 are great tires

This year, it was time to buy new tires for my Honda CR-V 2018. I researched a lot and came to the idea that Michelin Defender 2 is the best choice. I bought them and I could not believe how fantastic they are. Defender 2 is very quiet and comfortable on both highways and roads. In addition to comfort which was my first priority, they are excellent at handling and maintaining vehicle stability, even compare to the factory-installed tires which were not Michelin. I realized why Michelin is the number 1 brand trie in the world. As a friendly reminder, tire is the most important part of a vehicle and they must be the best. Spend your money wisely, buy Michelin, and enjoy your everyday ride. I never go with any other brands. I highly recommend Defender 2. Rest assured you will never regret your purchase.

Absolutely love these tires, recommended by several Pali owners. Better than the Hancock Better than the Hancock tire that Palisade comes with by default if you can believe that. I'm a Realtor and I cover a large geographic area so I spend countless hours and days driving. The ability to be able to make calls to my customers without all the background noise and a comfortable ride are absolutely paramount! Defender 2's have a smooth ride quality that is very noticeable as compared to regular Defenders. Makes my 97 4Runner have a ride it hasn't had using the original Defender. Very pleased with the looks, ride quality, and performance of the tire. Seems the tread design does not make much noise. My only regret after having tires for eleven weeks! Apparently ran over a piece of 1/2" steel that got inserted into the tire tread. Selling dealer, even with a paid protection plan, plug patched tire with only 1345 miles instead of replacing it? Hope the tire is safe with this repair and doesn't start having issues with belts separating and roaring like a snow tire.

Reviewed everything I could to make sure mom is set up on something safe. Car O.E tires where Continental Contipro Touring. And they were wonderful but seems like these Michelin Defender 2 tired are going to take the Cake! Especially on the roads she's on. They gotta handle well in rain and snow definitely Michelin does both well. Hope the 80k hold up. The Tred is very thick and built well. Good for dirt roads as well. Very responsive on hiway. Thanks Michelin, for keeping mom safe!

I just bought all four tires, (as I had expired dry almost cracking tires around the rim - didn't know tires did this - I was experiencing a rough ride on the freeways, bouncy/shaky like I was out of alignment, but the steering will didn't shake/move) so I was afraid of a blowout. I drove off, and drove the 405/5 freeways and it made such a big smooth difference!

Got 4 new defender 2 tires 2 days ago thinking they would be quiter than previous tires. Paid much more than previous tires, but NO NO NO, these tires are not quiter. If anything, these tires are more noisier. Guess I was suckered into paying much more for tires that are not as quite as my previous ones.

I bought these tires in May after my OE tires needed to be replaced and they have exceeded my expectations. They provide excellent traction when dry or wet and my vehicle is super quiet while on the road. It’s likely that these tires will last at least twice as long as my OE tires. You won’t regret this purchase.

I purchased my Michelin Defender 2 radials as replacements for my unacceptable OEM tires when we purchased our new 2024 Subaru Forester, insisting that the dealer replace those tires with the much-superior Defender 2s. It caused a bit of a stir but they went along with it and we couldn't have been happier since then. Between the Ice-X 3s that we roll with during the winter months, our Forester is "Michelin-covered" year-round and for many years to come!
