Absolutely love this item. We have been looking at the original for a while but hesitated. Once this came out (and was back in stock) I didn’t second guess myself and purchased immediately. It might “only” be $50 cheaper but it IS still cheaper. My three kiddos are loving it so much I am trying to talk my husband into another one when they restock!

We LOVE this couch, we use it every single day. However, with a 1 and 3 year olds use it has busted zippers after 4 months. I knew I was opting for the cheaper version of the Nugget and it really is. I would still recommend but with caution. If you have bigger kids who are rougher, go for the real deal.

On the first wash the zippers broke. Contacted customer service and they sent me a replace which was awesome. I’ve put off washing our new set because I was nervous about the zippers giving me problems again. Low and behold these zippers are trash as well. Which leads me to believe that the first set wasn’t defective but that they’re just cheaply made. Which is unfortunate because my kiddos love them. But the fact that they’re supposed to be machine washable was a main selling point and really necessary when they’re drug around so much.

We originally bought the flamingo one to replace my daughters toddler bed, but all the kids love it! It did take a day or so to fully expand and there are still wrinkles in the triangle pillow covers but we don’t even care anymore it works great! So great in face, we ordered another one today!

Bought for my son, hes 2.5. I was a little skeptical thinking he may not know what to do with it yet but as soon as we unboxed it he was playing with it and has been ever since. We’ve had it for about a week and it’s still a hit. I was worried about the zipper after seeing all the negative reviews. The zipper on ours works as it should, there was a warranty paper in the box that says it covers broken zippers so that was a good piece of mind.

My kiddos are 8 & 6 and love using it to do builds or just lay down and read. I see a lot saying the zippers are bad but I think they may just be washing it them too often mine is still in great condition and we’ve had it for over a month now. Definitely will be buying another once “Medeorite” is in stock near me!!

We got the Explorer couch for our child’s first birthday. After using for 6 months, I can say we are very pleased. It has held up great and we’ve had no issues. The foam is sturdy for builds and is still comfortable for sitting on. We use it daily and our child loves to play on it. If we can’t find her, she’s almost always sitting on her couch. I would definitely recommend.

Almost right after I purchased the couch the cover on the largest piece stopped being able to be zipped. I have contacted customer support a few times to get a replacement and still have not received one. I guess I should have just splurged on another nugget. We haven't had any issues with the nugget. We have a nugget as well and the zipper has no issues. If I have to buy a replacement cover it's not really a deal in comparison. I guess I should have read the reviews as this seems to be a common issue.

These are great and comparable BUT! they are inconsistent. We have 1 emerald and 1 ocean. Our ocean is uniformed and sturdy foam but our emerald is no where near as good. We are trying to return it due to the fact that it just can't hold builds. The triangles are made of softer foam in our emerald compared to our ocean, and they are not the same size making some builds impossible. If all Explorer Sofas were like our ocean (sturdy & uniformed) these would 100% be a go to. The kids love them and they create great indoor fun. My kids break a sweat on these fast and its like never ending cardio meaning easier sleep times. Our dogs hair does not stick to these like everything else and even dried wax was easy to clean. Hours upon hours of fun build an arena for nerf wars, forts, beds, lounges, obstacle courses, the possibilities are endless!

Quality is great! Very aesthetically pleasing and multifunctional addition to my kids playroom! Just unboxed yesterday and I’m impressed so far! Only con I’ve noticed is I with there was the “pocket” to hide the zipper ( my curious 1 year old has already found it and wants to unzip) but I’m sure I can figure up something.
