My daughter, 6, got for Christmas and loves it

Somehow after ordering, the color of the item I ordered changed.  So an hour after ordering, I contacted a Sam’s (overseas) associate, and they said the order has shipped and the color can’t be changed.  However, 6 days later, I received a notification the item had just been shipped.  
I’ve been asked about my experience 3 times, and this is the third time I’ve answered that it was not good,  Nobody has ever tried to respond with a “we’re sorry, or anything. I will never order anything online from them again.  
Also, my membership expires in the next couple weeks, and I likely will not renew it.

Bad experience, ghosted by Sam’s.

My seven year old granddaughter plays and sleeps on these foam blocks when she visits. Then I fold them and put them in the corner when her visit ends.
