Got this for my kids for Christmas and the zipper broke as soon as I unzipped it to wash it today :(

I ordered the light grey but received it in blue. Now the triangle pieces will not decompress either

All that money and the zipper is broken on the big piece making it useless because the zipper won’t stay together.

The zipper broke in less this a month they did replace the couch but the pick up process is a hassle because the couch has then expanded. Sucks ;/

zipper issues

We have 2 sets in our playroom and they are used daily. Highly recommend. If you unsure on the colors they are much less vibrant in person.

Awesome!

I was so excited to get this for my grandchildren. Great option for indoor activity and creativity! Very sad on my first visit to see the largest cushion put aside with a broken zipper!! :( I am going in today to see what can be done. I think they claim repair or replace. I’ll let you know. They do love the other cushions!!!

Zipper broke after only a few weeks

I y grandchildren loves the explorer sofa. I purchased 2 sets of nuggets ($288) for my granddaughters from the original nuggets.   I purchase the member mark kids explorer sofa and for the price they are just as good as the nuggets which are overpriced.  I recommend the member mark versus the nuggets
