We had to wait for this pan to come back to In Stock, but it was WORTH the wait. The finish is beautiful, and it heats very evenly. It is a breeze to clean - no problems with burned on food or needing to be scrubbed. Very pleased with our purchase!

As a retired couple, I LOVE this saute pan for making one-dish meals (such as goulash!) that last for 2 meals, as well as cooking up two meals' worth of chicken for us. I have quite a few pieces of D3 and have used All-Clad for about 40 years, and assure everyone that using lower heat is the secret to cooking everything, except boiling water for pasta. The older I get the more I appreciate that this product does not leach into our food! My All-Clad will be handed down one day!

Amazing pan, but bottom scratches super easy. I’ve been cooking on All-Clad for decades. They’re amazing pots and pans. My only complaint is that the bottom scratches super easy. On my first cook I made steaks. While basting I tilted the pan, as one does, which instantly made the shiny new pan completely scratched up on the bottom. Instructions say not to move or scoot the pan while cooking. I don’t know too many cooks that doesn’t move a pan during cooking on a cooking grate. Bottoms scratch over time, but it was sad to see it happen so quickly. However, if you can get over that I’m sure these pans will last an extremely long time. The pic is after my first cook.

This fits the large burner on our induction cooktop perfectly and is exactly the size that I wanted for large batches of soups and stews, as well as jam and jelly making. Just made my first batch of jelly and it worked beautifully. It held a double batch with plenty of room to spare, and no scalding on the bottom of the pot. I don't have an induction compatible canner and it doubled well for this purpose. Very pleased with this pot's performance, With the cooler weather coming and winter just around the corner it will be getting lots of use.

Awesome set and great value. I used it immediately. I've enjoyed the skillet for making eggs, chicken breast and have enjoyed making both. In the sauté' pan I seared and made three one inch thick NY strip steaks by finishing in the over for 10 minutes at 375 degrees. In the 6-quart I made lentil soup by caramelizing my onions. Not much has changed since my first D3 piece from 10 years ago. Still awesome.

I have been cooking on cookware that was handed down to me and is almost 50 years old, Naturally I get hot spots in these pans. This pan heats so evenly cooking with it is a game changer and makes cooking easier. I got a nonstick piece for Christmas and like it so much I bought this one and just ordered a 10 inch to go along with.

I’ve owned lots of different cookware sets over the years and have wanted some All-Clad cookware for a long time! I am definitely not disappointed!!!! I feel like I have finally arrived, so to speak, with the purchase of this set! I cook a lot so good tools are definitely important and All-Clad definitely fits the bill!

I am replacing my Le Creuset Dutch oven of same size with this All-Clad version. My arthritic hands really appreciate the significantly lighter weight, and the rolled edge makes for much easier pouring out of the Dutch oven. The pot sautés well, without any hot spots. And it cleans up beautifully. I will replace smaller sizes with the All-Clad.

My new cookware is amazing!!! They so cook evenly, and the cleanup is effortless.
