I love AllClad - and have used for years. But this pot has scratched completely from barely stirring a metal spoon. I can't get it to clean completely at all - I have tried the vinegar and baking soda and bartenders friend. Really disappointed.

Was always told All Clad is great; did not know how great. I've ordered several more pieces and will be replacing all of my stainless steel cookware for All Clad. Perfect heat distribution, goes from stove top to oven, browns evenly, lid holds moisture in food and non stick stainless! Strong, well made and very nice to look at.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the size of this pan. It's bigger than anything you get in your average cookware set, but smaller than my family sized wok. It's perfect for cooking one pot meals, or for cooking several portions at once. It makes three and half grilled cheese sandwiches at once. The heat distribution is nice and even. Everything I've cooked has come out lovely, like I would expect from a ss pan. The weight is good, though it's a big pan so it's obviously on the heavy side. The handle is all metal, but I haven't had a problem with it conducting heat. I've been able to hold it the entire time cooking. My one disappointment is eggs. Why y'all? Why do eggs stick to this thing like glue. I have a lot of ss. I cook exclusively on that and cast iron. And I make eggs multiple days a week. I know what I'm doing. But this pan. I had to scrub hard to get them off.

I started out with this set over 25 years ago. My collection has grown to probably 20+ pieces and another 6 or so in a vacation rental we own. Yes, you do have to learn how to cook to avoid sticking, but it's never anything that some Easy-Off Blue oven cleaner or Barkeepers friend can't handle. Of special note, friends thought we were crazy putting All-Clad in our vacation rental (where cookware gets no respect, trust me) instead of some cheap non-stick pans. Boy, were they wrong! While they replace their cheap cookware every 2-3 years or so, our All-Clad has proven indestructible. One pan lid is a little discolored from sitting on a hot burner, but it didn't even warp at all. Full disclosure, we do keep a couple HA-1 frying pans around for eggs, etc. but in 8 years we've got no complaints and lots of compliments about having 'the good stuff' as one guest referred to it in their review.

This is my first time buying any kind of stainless steal pans and I’m glad I went with all clad! These pans are amazing! They cook great and clean up great! I only bought nonstick pans and no longer wanted to cook with that surface for health concerns, I stated researching stainless steal! I made the best decision with All clad D3!
