Above the rest BFG is the best!

The OE tire a Goodyear Wrangler. They did what I expected the older they got the noisier they got. Then Toyo Open Country A/T, they were smooth and quiet till about 1/2 worn. You knew when to rotate them by the howling they would make. Now the BFG TT With its continuous running shoulders making it start quiet stay quiet. I am very happy!

Superb Tire

I bought my Trail-Terrain T/A's as replacements for the OEM tires on my Nissan Frontier. What a difference! These tires feel much more stable in all conditions. They have an aggressive tread pattern but are quiet on the road. I mostly drive on pavement with an occasional gravel or dirt road thrown in. I have had a chance to use them in the FL rain and have had no issues with diminished performance as some have reported. Plus, they look great on my truck with the outside white lettering. Overall, I couldn't be happier with the tires.

Great tire

I consider myself a bit of a tire snob. I am the guy who returns tires immediately if I hate them and researches tires before buying. These don't have much in terms of reviews yet, but I went with them anyhow. I've been in slush, snow, rain, and dry cold pavement in the past week. They have handled everything without issues. Even ice.

Great all around Michigan tire

3 months and so far a great tire. Installed a 285 series on our 22 4 runner and can say they are quiet, smooth, not over heavy so fuel economy has not taken a huge hit and for the off road use which is not mud bogging or anthing to extreme these are great. You can air these down to 15psi with no issue as well. Good combo if you are about 70% on road and 30% off road as in our case. We have not taken them in snow yet but should be no issue. The 4 runner is a beast in those conditions and I expect these tires to be an asset. Seem to balance well if you have experienced guys installing as well.

Impressed with them so far!

I’ve only had them for a couple of days so far, but I’m impressed. Nice and smooth on the pavement around town and on the highway. They balanced really good with minimal weights. There is a little bit of growl over 75mph, but less than other A/T tires I’ve had.

So far the tires are great

I brought these tires after reading the reviews and having 3 sets of rugged trails on my 2004 ram 2500..This is a Ram 100 2019.I live on a gravel road with crushed rock which is hard on tires. I brought them this last winter and got about 7000 miles on them and have had good traction on snow and ice. This summer so far they look very good for tire wear. i do know that the 20-inch rims on ram pickup are a pain on gravel roads when they get muddy and the mud sticks on the inner rim and throws the tire out of balance. so, you have to wash the inner rim and get the dirt of off them or it will vibrate the truck . Had the same problem on my 2011 ram and other people i talk to have the same problem when driving on dusty muddy roads. I will write another review when i get more miles on them.

They ride well, but have an odd whistling-like noise.

Got a set of these for my Honda Passport. They handle great in dry or wet weather so far. The biggest issue is a weird whistle-like noise that can be felt through the steering wheel. It happens usually at lower speeds from 5-40mph and is not noticable at highway speeds. I thought it would go away after break-in, but it hasn't unfortunately. I am now debating switching these for another set of A/T tires since it comes with a 60 day satisfaction guarantee.

Winter driving confidence.

Changed out the Pirelli OEM tires on my LandRover Disco V with only 15k miles with BF Goodrich Trail Terrain T/A tires. These tires performed phenomenally in deep snow and ice and I feel very confident taking these tires into harsh winter weather. It was definitely a no regret purchase.

Great Tire

Needed new tires abruptly and was overwhelmed with the options and opinions online. Seems like every tire had good but also some bad reviews and was hesitant to make the wrong decision. These tires are brand new (less than a week old and <400 miles) but they are the quietest tire I’ve ever owned. Had always ran ATs but only go off road a handful of times a year so I wanted a more aggressive looking tire that can handle most conditions that I regularly run into but performs well on pavement. Super smooth ride and did I mention quiet? Way better than my nitro ridge grapplers for noise. We recently got ~11” of snow in a week and these performed exceptionally well. 10/10 tire if you want a quiet and smooth ride, keep the mpgs up, have a better appearance than a highway tire, and be prepared for all types of weather.

Excellent traction and overall performance

Bought them when they first came out. The stock tires on my Expedition had 15,000 miles on them looked brand new but were absolutely horrible dangerous on the wet roads and pretty much unacceptable on snow. The Trail Terrains were literally a game changer. Excellent on the wet stuff and life changing in the snow. The places 4x4 was nearly impossible on the stock tires these drove through in 2wd with near zero issues. Currently have 32,000 on them and still have excellent wet traction and snow performance. Definitely getting another set. They do have some hum to them on certain types of pavement but they haven’t gotten louder over the 30,000 miles. They stay balanced and smooth making highway performance quite good. Mileage impact over the lousy stock highway tires was maybe 1mpg or slightly less not as much as I had expected and definitely worth it for superior traction.
