I purchased this juicer because I was embarking on a 21 day liquid detox and I am sorry to say it didn’t rise to the challenge. Because the waste basket is part of the juicer and one can not get to it without disassembling the whole juicer, I had to stop a couple of times while juicing to empty the waste container which meant I had clean everything, put it back together and continue juicing. It doesn’t do a good job with leaves, they cane out practically untouched. I don’t recommend this product.

When preparing carrot juice the NutriBullet is very unstable (it literally is dancing on the counter). The machine itself is not easy to clean. The blade is especially difficult to clean, even when using the provided brush. The juice which is produced, is of good quality.

I am returning my juicer. It wouldn't work for 24 hours after I first used it and when it started working it was wasteful. The pulp is very wet and when I finally filled up the pitcher it had only about an inch of juice in the bottom followed by a foam that filled the rest of the pitcher. The juice had to be poured over ice because the nutribullet juicer warms the fruit/veggies in process of juicing.

I really like the product but I will say it leaves a lot of juice in the pulp and I have to resend it through the juicer again. It would be better if it gave you the maximum amount of juice from the veggies and fruit. Overall this gets the job done and I’m glad I use it to get fresh fruit and veggie juice in my diet.

I purchased thee extended warranty. The feed chute was too long the stainless steal sieve was chewing it up. I called them and politely explained what was occurring. Without question, they immediately offered to send out the necessary replacement parts. Now my nutribullet works grinding up the vegetables I want to juice, instead of itself.

I absolutely love our new juicer. I appreciate the full package including the 2 containers, freeze trays and last but not least the cleaning brush! My old juicer did not include the cleaning brush. This tool makes a HUGE difference when cleaning out the blades. The machine itself juices very well. My only wish was that it was bigger so I wouldn't have to clean out the pulp so often. One thing I can say is I have not needed to clear the pulp until the juice cup is full. I wanted to clarify my last sentence, it's not that it needs to be cleaned out often, it's that I make ALOT of juice at a time lol.

3 juicers later & I found one I really like. It’s great at what it does. I guess w/ the pressure or speed the juice gets pushed out instead of flowing out so, can be just a little bit messy. I guess that’s why the container is built the way it is but I use a bigger container to make just more than one serving at a time. Definitely would buy again.

It doesn't seem to be able to juice softer fruits (berries) very well as it spins so fast it "throws" most of the fruit out of the basket before it can be juiced fully. I've noticed bits of apple also in with the spin off that could have been further juiced.

There is space between the grating basket and the lid. While you juice it slings chunks of fruit out of the basket. The pulp was still soaking wet and we even sent it through a second time. It did not juice the fruit enough and would honestly be a waste of your fruit to use. Then it wouldn't turn off most of the time and we'd have to unplug and plug it back it. It leaked to our surprise. When we removed it to clean it there was a puddle underneath the main basket and then under the machine where it had dripped down the side. We were very careful in reading the instructions and following exactly how to do everything. So it wasn't a problem with that part. We tried it with three different recipes to see if it would do the same things each time. What a disappointment. It would also not turn on and we thought we were somehow attaching something wrong until we unplugged and plugged it back in and it would turn on. There are a lot, I mean a lot, of kinks to work out. Save your money.
