Great flavor! Also like that it comes split into 2 trays, you don't have to use the entire package.

This is my go-to for large family gatherings. These are perfect on the Sams Club pretzel buns and the the slider buns!

The texture of this is like it's already been chewed up. The sauce is awful. There is a lot of grease.

Use for a snack bar. It is loved by our customers. Microwave to heat up, thus easy to make additional sandwiches quickly. It does not require additional sauce.

The 3 lb package is divided into two separate dishes. This makes it easy to freeze and store. The barbeque is delicious! Not fatty at all! The sauce is delicious as well. The only thing I would change is not quite so much sauce or have the sauce in a separate pack. It is a great value and great quality!

I wanted the whole family to sample this. Prepared in oven per package directions. Nicely sauced, neither too much or too little. Balanced taste of sweet/spicy. No excess fat floating, very tender meat. Served with sweet slider style buns, tangy coleslaw so each could dress up as they wished. I didn't think of sliced onions & pickles, would have been great additions. All in all, no one found it cloyingly sweet (I was concerned about that), couple of the fellas added hot sauce/bolder BBQ sauce to taste. I received the product for an honest evaluation & review. Each tray weighed exactly 1# 9.4 oz. Fixed 1 tray for 7 adults, had some leftover enough for lunch sammies for 2-3. Made several sides to make a whole meal. This is a good pork BBQ & I would buy it again. Need something to bring to a potluck? This will be well received.

I live alone and need something that is good and easy to fix. I really like this barbecue. I divided into smaller quantities and put into small freezer bags and put in my freezer for later. Take them out and microwave when I want to make a quick sandwich.

I bought this a few days ago and tried it with my wife. I found this product to be average with too much sauce which overpowered the meat. I also chomped down on some fat and gristle or cartilage which was a bit off putting. I smoke my own pork butts on occasion so I prefer more meat to sauce ratio but the flavor was OK. However my wife loved it which is about right because she prefers a large portion of sauce on her BBQ. I also found the texture to be a bit like a thick paste however, once again, my wife liked this. I would not buy again for my self but my wife would... as might be expected BBQ is a personal thing. I do think both of us would prefer fewer chunks of fat and gristle. It is a very good price value.

it taste good , my husband really loved it , we had it as sandwich first night and second night on baked potatoes . easy to prepare , we put it in the crockpot and let it do the work the first night . I thought it had enough seasoning but i don't like spicy food either , over all i would buy again ,would be a easy for a crowd as well,
