Unbelievable view of deep space as well as our own neighborhood, best splurge I’ve made in a long time and not my first professional telescope I’ve owned. Would recommend this to beginners as well as professional beer drinking astronomers. The clarity of distant galaxies 🌌 is unbelievable.

Amazing pictures, easy to use.

I have had my Unistellar for several months now. It’s fabulous! I use this at star parties, science outreach, and library events at least once a month. The images are amazing and the ability to allow others to control the telescope with their devices is very popular. I have viewed the Moon (it is too big and bright for this scope, but I was determined). Jupiter and Saturn are very popular and look stunning. Ring nebula is one of my favorite objects to view with this scope. When you travel with this as much as I do, I double check the collimation and focus every time. But honestly, you have to do that with most Dobsonians as well. Explore Scientific (US contact) was very helpful in teaching me how to do the collimation the first time. Their staff is very knowledgeable.

Amazing what this product can do, it use to take a camera, a telescope, a goto mount and complicated software to get images like what the equinox can get. Its amazing how simple it is and cost a fraction of the price. I have spent over $10,000 on a telescope, a GOTO mount, a camera and the software needed to get similar images that I am getting from my Equinox. The Equinox does it all automatically as well.

The Unistellar eQuinox2 makes taking photos of the night sky EASY. Unistellar provides great online tutorials, and even offers free training sessions! The app is easy to use. Sure you've got to learn to navigate the app -- which you have to do on any app. But it makes it easy to turn on the system, connect with your smart device, launch the app and within a couple minutes start taking great photos of our beautiful sky. This is the closest thing to an easy button there's ever been for astrophotography.

A great product, allowing me to observe the stars from my backyard. User friendly app, nice battery life, fancy design. Easy to carry thank to the backpack. I recommend!

I was really excited to get this for my husband because he has always wanted a telescope. I read the reviews and knew it was a great one to go with. Unfortunately, it’s been nothing but problems. I think it’s bad from factory and possibly damaged during shipping (no damage to the box) but it will never focus. We see people sharing incredible pictures of planets and galaxies, but we can’t even get the moon to focus. Now, they’ve out an update that we’re scared to do because so many people have complained about major issues after doing the update. We will be returning this, it’s just hard to see my husbands passion get let down.

The telescope is maybe good, that is if you get set up right the first time. That did not happen in my case. I think because the scope came not charged(battery).No directions in as well. The assistance after that is none after that when you must go to France to get help. I would like to return the scope before the trial date of 30 days.How do l go about this. I still have not got connected and would to purchase one that can get local assistance with when needed. Please advise of how to return the scope.

We received the telescope we purchased this afternoon. We then watched some of their on-line videos about how to use the telescope. Unfortunately, our scope refuses to turn on when the power button is pressed for 2 seconds as instructed. This is the case even after using the battery charger for a short while. We have tried to contact the company by using their technical support web site form but they say that it may take 72 hours or more for a response with the upcoming holiday weekend. We were really looking forward to using and enjoying this telescope but may have to return it depending on the company's follow-up..
