I’m so sorry to hear about your water flow experience. I’d love to help you with this! Our shower heads come with flow restrictors, as we are a water conservation conscientious company. The following areas are where the flow restrictors are located: Combo: Inside the diverter where the hex nut connects to the shower pipe, behind the black rubber washer.To remove the flow restrictor, gently remove the small, tiny ‘O’ ring inside, only the ‘O’ ring should be removed. This’ll help with the water flow. *Please note altering the shower head does void the warranty. *

Broke as soon as it was put on.

Got this to review and whole pitting it in parts of the head broke on one of the heads. It would not at all release water after a few attempts to remove and reinstall still did not work. Was very poorly made.

We will replace all parts that are defective, if we are unable to replace the part, we will replace the entire Oxygenics shower unit. Proof of purchase from the original consumer must accompany all warranty claims. Please, do not return your product without first contacting Oxygenics. After 30 days from the original date of purchase, shipping and handling fees will apply. Different fees may apply outside the continental U.S.and you can call direct: 800 344 3242 for support.
