The shake is not chaulky like a lot of protein shakes. I gave one to my girlfriend who hates shakes due to their texture and this is the first one she actually liked. The Froot Loops flavor brings back childhood memories. Even with the cereal taste it has a respectably low amount of sugar at 1g.

It has a pleasant taste even if it is fruit loops, and no grittiness or bad after taste. It is also the right size, not adding too much and not too small. I was pleasantly surprised after trying this a few times.

I use this in place of my breakfast, which I'm usually to busy to prepare. It's easy to take with you on the road. It contains lots of minerals and a lot of protein. It also has a smooth taste with no chalky aftertaste.

Honestly, I can't even say this has a hint of Froot Loops flavor. It's like that took a 500-gallon tank of milk and put a single Froot Loop in it and that's what it tastes like. The only reason its 2 stars instead of 1 is because of how easy it is to drink. It realistically tastes like nothing, as in there isn't that usual protein shake taste either. So, that makes it easy to drink down fast.
