The taste is ok, sort of like your milk after eating the bowl of cereal. However, every bottle has chunks which are disgusting. Shaking didnt help. It spreads the chunks throughout the bottle. If you don't shake, you can drink without chunks and just pour out the remaining liquid and chunks at the bottom of the bottle. Cannot recommend this product.

Has high protein to help with daily needs. Only issue is drinking it around my 3 year old daughter. She wanted some every morning. Tastes just like fruit loops cereal milk. Highly recommend this product for taste and daily nutrition requirements.

They are great to sit and savor or take on the go with you if you have a busy schedule. I prefer to take mine with me into the sauna and enjoy after my workouts. I've been enjoying this to go, ready to drink, protein shake as an after workout treat or as in the go drink in between meals. The shake taste good, I appreciate the 30g of protein and the extra vitamin C and zinc. The packaging is very appealing too.

The taste is a bit sweet, as to be expected, but quite satisfying. I love that it contains 30 grams of protein and only 1 gram of sugar. It's something I look forward to after every workout.

Harkens back to the days of youth with a sweet finish to a bowl of delicious cereal. The taste is SO GOOD! No sugar alcohols and no sugar (sucralose). Normally, I reject any artificial sweetener, but this tastes so good and packs in 30G of protein. Made for a delicious way to get extra protein in on the go. I was absolutely delighted.
