The activity tracking for sports could be better but since I tend to use a sekretem device for this im not too bothered. Sleep tracking is excellent but I think cycle tracking was the biggest game charger for me. I never rememberd to track my cycle and now that ist done pretty much automatically I've started connecting my symptoms to my cycle and discovered my healh issues are due to perimenopause. The data collected made it so much easier to advocate for myself with my health provider! No subscription is also key here!
