I was seriously considering one of Ultra Human’s competitors but a friend of mine gifted this to me and said it would change my life. I can happily say that is has. I’m sleeping better, exercising more, and eating right. The ring motivates me just enough to keep going and I can’t be without it. I was concerned about analysis paralysis and if I could sleep with the ring on my finger at night but I can gladly say that both were worries that I didn’t need to have.

I originally purchased to track my sleep, and it has helped me get my health on track by understanding my heart rate, HRV, and stress. I've already set personal records by exercising more and lowering my stress levels and heart rate! The only reason why I took off one star is because the smart alarm in the app is a bit buggy. There have been multiple times the alarm didn't go off even though it was set for the correct date/time.

I bought the ring about a month and a half ago, and I`ll admit I was a bit skeptical at the time of purchase. But I have to say, I´ve been very positively surprised. It´s not only useful to wear, but it´s also genuinely interesting to follow the data it provides.
