Not worth the money

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] DON'T BUY IT! I bought my ring in the spring and already will not hold a charge longer than 7 hours. I have done multiple resets on the ring, checked all settings to ensure other apps are not draining the battery and still will not hold a charge. Since it will not hold a charge longer than the 7 hours, i cannot even use it to gather data on my sleep, limited thru the day as well and have to charge it just to even track steps. Buy the Oura!

Lots of data!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, I like this product a lot. There are a lot of cool features, data to analyze, and they display it for you in a way that is digestible and not overwhelming. I like the suggestions it gives you based off of different patterns you have. The best thing I like it for is the sleep analysis, and the score it gives me. It gives me insights I haven't had before! Although now that it is a year out from me having it, I did start having some performance issues like it not tracking data completely.

Useful sleep metrics, activity tracking needs impr

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use Ultrahuman ring everyday and most of the data points are reallyuseful, sleep cycle info in particular. However, their activity tracking still needs inprovement i.e. it records steps when I'm riding a motobike and does not pick up other activity like pilates even when I upload them manually. Really hopethis will be corrected with further software updates

The ring thats gets better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ring has helped me understand my body better. First of all, the sleep metrics are very helpful. Ultrahuman sends me notifications Concerning my optimal time when I should go to bed and in the morning lets me know how I did. Also super is the information about the caffeine window and the fact that you can enter the drinks you consume. The ability to log workouts is also great. Battery life is optimal. The ring's software is update frequently so you can see new features coming and the Ultrahuman gets better every day. I heartily recommend it.

Solid tracker, light and out of the way.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using the ring just over a month now. Swapping from Apple Watch. I have been exclusively wearing the ring without an Apple Watch for the past week too. Much more comfortable to sleep with, no notification distractions and better overall health tracking. Battery life better than a smart watch too so less hassle. If you want a fitness tracker without a screen it’s top tier in my opinion!

1 Year on

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had the ring for 1 year now and has been great. Build quality is good, no physical issues. Consistent updates have improved functionality. Some updated caused issues with battery life but subsequent updates have corrected any problems. I have a smart watch and the data between the 2 devices is very similar, with the ring providing a what I feel is more accurate sleep data than the watch.

Great piece of technology.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the ultrahuman AIR ring! I hate having screens around me so a smart watch was out of the question. After a lot of research I settled on the AIR ring because there is no monthly subscription. I love all of the insight this piece of technology gives me! Sleep, heartrate, and cycle tracking! It has even predicted when im getting sick. The only reason this is not a five star review is because the battery life is not what is advertised. If you want it to last longer than a few days you have to sacrifice tracking.

Overall a 7/10

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ring is great for the tasks it’s supposed to do- help regulate sleep schedule, workout summaries & for me personally help track my menstrual cycle & my caffeine intake & schedule. Unfortunately it does not stay charged for long than 2 days & that’s being generous. I’ve only had my ring for about 3-4 months & the charge only last about 24-36 hours. I was really hoping it would stay charged for at least a week. Overall I did like it & how sleek it is compared to other fitness tracking devices. I would recommend, but be aware of battery life.

Game-Changing Insight for Recovery and Readiness

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been testing the Ultrahuman Ring Air, and it’s quickly becoming a valuable tool for monitoring recovery, sleep, and overall readiness. The design is sleek and comfortable, making it easy to wear around the clock without disrupting daily activity or training sessions. What stands out most is the depth of insight provided. HRV tracking, sleep stage analysis, and metabolic health markers are presented in a way that’s both actionable and easy to interpret. The seamless integration with Ultrahuman’s ecosystem adds another layer, allowing for a more holistic approach to athlete monitoring and personal performance optimization. For anyone serious about understanding their body’s response to stress, recovery, and training load, the Ultrahuman Ring Air offers a level of precision and usability that’s hard to match. I’m excited to continue exploring how this can support athletes at the elite level.

Overall happy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using it now for 2 months and am really happy overall with my experience. As a runner, I find all of the cardio age and vo2 max statistics really helpful and it’s been great to see them changing the longer I use the ring. The battery is good, I charge it whilst I’m at my desk every few days or so and it’s relatively fast to charge to full battery. My only reason for not giving it 5 stars is the period tracking. I was under the impression that as it measures your body temperature it would predict cycle outcomes based on this, not just 28 days. As someone with an irregular period, if it is late, the app just says that my period is in an unknown phase. It seems to basically be their own version of an app such as flo. I don’t find it to be any more accurate, despite the body temperature measuring.
