I bought the ring about a month and a half ago, and I`ll admit I was a bit skeptical at the time of purchase. But I have to say, I´ve been very positively surprised. It´s not only useful to wear, but it´s also genuinely interesting to follow the data it provides. I even find myself trying to improve my metrics, which is a great thing-and something entirely thanks to the ring. The bottom line is: my skepticism was completely unnecessary.

I also love the activity tracking aspect, but I which it was more specific on calories after you log a workout.

I don't have all of the Powerplugs as I do not have a subscription. I would like to track flights of stairs but not sure if the Ring does that. Overall I like it more than wearing my FitBit.

The only thing the ring isn't that good at is for fitness plans and how to interpret them. For example if have a running plan you normally improve your mileage over three weeks and then have a deload week with less mileage. But the Ring just tells you that your steps decrease and shows it as negative. So for daily life it's super for fitness interprets you need additional gadgets.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] O bought the Ultrahuman ring 2 months ago and have been using it on it's power setting ever since. After an initial calibration period, it provides valuable insight into your body's vitals and supports you to make changes. For me, it's the best alternative to a smart watch which I wouldn't wear 24/7 and which would therefore defeat it's use. I would love for the ring not to remind me on an ongoing basis to leave power mode and go into "chill" mode. I prefer having all features turned on and don't mind charging it every few days. The ring is extremely lightweight. A next improvement could be reducing it's thickness (it is already very thin!).

I loved my apple watch but I always had issues wearing a watch, it was just to uncomfortable but then I found the Ring Air I thought let's give this a try and I am literally amazed by it everyday. The app lays down all the information in a easy to read way and it nudges just at the right times. I've been following its recommendations and it has significantly improved my sleep. Overall a really nice package and easily the best wearable ring out there!
