I use the ring to track sleep/recovery, menstruation, and workout activities. I love the sleek look of a ring rather than a bulky fitness watch. I chose this over the OURA ring because there isn’t a monthly fee to use the ring or track menstruation. The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars was because the ring scratched somewhat easily in my opinion.

The app is so very user friendly and I absolutely love how I can dial in which notifications I can receive. Definitely recommend it.
