Sleep tracking is also accurate and giving helpful insights. Sleep score was awesome and it pushed me to reach my goal. Sun exposure was also helpful and it gave me a reason to go out during the day.

I usually never charge it so that it’s 100% and don’t let it run out of battery (before this). I use the chill mode and haven’t used any workout modes etc so I guess the rumors regarding the battery life were unfortunately true. It was good two months!

For me the convenience of not having to recharge it everyday & the ability to wear it all the time is incredible. I used to use a smart watch but the hassle of charging it every night made me forget to put it back on so switching over to the ring is major help. Contrary to popular belief, I have not noticed much, if any, scratches on my ring (which is saying a lot as a wheelchair user). The user-face is very easy to understand & learn which also makes this ring a great buy for all ages. It’s drastically helped me improve my sleep & overall health by giving me great insights.
