The ring is very light and I got used to it right away and as a sleep tracker it is great for me. I use the ring all day and check the app regularly. It has helped me a lot to improve my habits. I only use the watch now during workouts when I want a timer / screen to track my workout, as I'm not interested in notifications and such pestering me and only used the watch for health features. Everything I need can be done by the ring, and some of those are done much better than any watch I've used in the past. For example, the sleep tracking is really good, with great detection of begin and end. I also like how it feels like the ring is actually actively maintained, with features coming out every now and then.

I like it better than a smartwatch as it is light and you can hardly feel it most of the time. The app not only keeps track of your patterns but provides some educational tips on how to improve your overall health and gives you guidelines or targets to reach the ideal levels. I didn’t realise the impact improving my sleep would have on my well- being. I thought I was getting “good enough sleep” but with the help of UH I have made adjustments such as sleeping earlier, eating earlier, reducing stimulants towards the end of the day. My step count has more than doubled as the feedback encourages me to stay mobile. I am now going to get a walking pad to keep me progressing when autumn arrives. The silver ring looks great. The battery is about 4 days, which is good. The charging tone is amazing at only 30 minutes. No on going subscription, so great value overall.
