[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I picked this up mainly for sleep tracking (I don't like to sleep with my Apple Watch). I changed the setting to max statistics (which uses the most battery) and just charging it when I get ready for bed or hop in the shower is enough to keep it going. At first I wasn't sure how accurate the data was (the first few days with it the ring said I was asleep while I was watching TV), but after a few days the accuracy improved. Then the first day time I got a cold it asked me the next morning, if I was feeling sick because my temperature was elevated and I had a horrible night of sleep! I did wind up putting black electrical tape over most of the charging LED, that thing is bright enough to light up my entire room, even when the ring isn't connected to it. There's really no need for it to be illuminated when the ring isn't on it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this 3 months ago and it was a different experience compared to smart watch. you can still monitor your health and wear your favorite watch (not smart watch). Sleep tracking is also accurate and giving helpful insights. Sleep score was awesome and it pushed me to reach my goal. Sun exposure was also helpful and it gave me a reason to go out during the day.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am really enjoying my Ultrahuman ring! I love seeing my sleep score when I wake up and tracking my stats throughout the day. It has really helped my daily and sleep routine to become more productive. I really appreciate that Ultrahuman is always adding new features, insights, and small little changes that help the overall function of the ring. The only thing I wish was an option, was to sync my apple health data to my ring as well, instead of just syncing my ring data to my apple health as this sometimes leads to double counting of steps, etc.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very happy with the app, the comfortably and easy usage of the ring. Also I like the ongoing improvements and additions. The only improvement I have is that once my ring was broken, it took quite a while to get an replacement because I had to do several firmware updates before it was agreed to get a replacement. The support was always super quick and helpful but this I found a bit dissapointing.

I work nights and the ring has allowed me to track and correct my sleep issues. The ring does so much that the sleep and the workout tracking are hands down better than my Apple Watch ever was. The comfort of wearing this ring vs a lm Apple Watch can’t be said enough. Battery life is amazing. The Charger is a neat design. I absolutely love my ring.

I bought this a while back, and at first, it worked well. However, I realized the battery doesn't actually last the whole week, just 3-4 days maximum, and I charge it overnight. The ring also randomly disconnects or says there is not enough data to give me my sleep records, for example, which is weird when I know for a fact I slept 6 hours.

I would like to see more gamification to help users reach their goals, as well as specific recommendations on what to do to improve the results.

If I was being critical, I think that the walking step count can be inaccurate at times especially when driving in the car with bumps it will still record steps so by the end of a very long drive you can have over 10,000 steps recorded Other than that’s great
