The only improvement I have is that once my ring was broken, it took quite a while to get an replacement because I had to do several firmware updates before it was agreed to get a replacement. The support was always super quick and helpful but this I found a bit dissapointing.

However there are a few things I have noticed: When I am at the gym the ring does not pick up my heart beat as well as my myzone. Eg I am on the stair master and my hear rate is 115bpm. Maybe I picked the wrong size ring, but the smaller ring does not fit my finger. I have to clench my fist for the ring to pick up the heart beat. Also I need to type at work and some days my step count seems very high and I think it is because of the typing. Because of these issues I do wonder whether the other features such as sleep and dynamic recover is accurate. Would I purchase again? Probably. I do like the look of the ring and it feels good on my finger.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had my Ultrahuman AIR ring about for six months now, and it's changed my life. I can't believe how granular and specific the data is. Logging my food, the app made suggestions for how to improve my nutrition, which I incorporated. Tracking my sleep, it tells me when I'm not sleeping enough, when my sleep is disturbed, and it makes recommendations for how to improve my circadian rhythm and sleep cycles, which I have incorporated. For example, it can tell when I've eaten too late or consumed caffeine too late causing worse sleep performance. A feature I really love is the stress data. It perceives my stress and is incredibly accurate! I love how it tells me this, and then I try to incorporate behaviors, which it suggests, to improve my stress, such as meditation activities, working out, and earlier sleep. Then there are the weekly reports and body signal readings, which delve into particular health details to tell you what's going right or wrong about your body's biodata at a particular time. Also, I love the cardio age and Ultra age estimates, which gives me insight into tracking how I'm aging. I had a smart watch tracker for many years before this smart ring purchase, and they were requiring frequent replacement due to burn-out and provided hardly any of the data-driven health insights that the Ultrahuman AIR ring does. And then there's the fact that it is a handsome piece of jewelry on my finger, and the battery life is great requiring infrequent charging. I just can't rave enough. I've told all my friends and strongly encourage anyone who is interested in data and genuine information about their body and health to purchase and use the Ultrahuman AIR smart ring. It changed my life and I love it!
