I have never had a fitness tracking device so being able to get insight into my sleep and step count among many other metrics has changed my lifestyle completely around. I’m more aware of how many steps I should be taking each day, seeing how my sleep affects my recovery, and paying attention to my caffeine window has allowed me to be more alert throughout the day. I love my Ultrahuman Ring & I recommend it to anyone!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this ring 2 months ago and was the best choice I made going with Ultrahuman, the insights into my sleep and how what I do during the day affects my sleep and my life into coming days has been outstanding. I will not go without it now. It’s extremely light and I don’t notice I’m wearing it, ever! I work with my hands and it’s important to me for it to be comfortable. The battery is exceptional, they say it’ll last 4-6 days at continuous use but I almost always get 6-7 days and it charges fully from 30% in about an hour. I recommend this to everyone in my life now. Hope this helps anyone on the fence if it’s worth it. IT IS!

As someone who is super active, it tracks everything I need and more. Not to mention it’s so fashionable and looks way better than wearing a smart watch. The ring is very intelligent in many ways and even detects when you take a nap, have a fever, etc. if you’re debating on buying it, I’d suggest you just pull the trigger :)

I got use to wearing it so quick because of how, lightweight and non bulky! It gives me all the intonation I wanted and need to see! Helps me keep track of my health, steps, menstrual cycle and most importantly my stress because I tend to stress a lot unfortunately! I think the only thing is that I do like to look at my stress so I have it on high battery usage so I have to charge it about every 3 days but it’s not too much of a burden.

I went with a comfortable fit at first, but after shedding some weight, the ring became a bit loose and now sometimes rotates on my finger, making it harder for the sensor to collect data consistently. Highly recommended—this is probably one of the smartest investments I’ve made in my health.

The one feature I use the most (and is also the reason I got interested in the product) is the caffeine measurement. My sleep has gotten way better after limiting the caffeine consumption in regards to what the app says. Also a thing to note is that i got the ring with titanium coating and I'm surprisingly amazed of how little the scratches are visible on the ring after 3 months use. Overall a great product!
