I love the sleep feature and the period tracker as it is more accurate that my existing app I had. I have started taking it more seriously how and when I am sleeping to improve my sleep score.

Really like how it monitors stress and sleep and movement, looking forward to more powerplugs to add on in the future. The only thing is the ring keeps saying my body temp is too high but I actually feel cold most of the time so not sure what’s going on there.

One of my only complaints is that I don’t think the heart rate monitor doesn’t seem to be very accurate. I’m sure the next iterations of this ring will improve on this. I appreciate that there is no monthly fee, as well.

I tend to wear my Apple Watch for workouts, spin class and walks or runs which defeated the purpose of my purchase. It is comfortable and I like the look of it.
