[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love i'm able to track my sleep, stress and recovery. Its so light i barely felt its there. It kinda replaces my smartwatch. I said kinda because there is still some features that i hope it has but it doesnt. Example the find my phone features, and i do hope that it has a better ability of recognizing when i'm doing a workout.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 3 months ago, I was really happy with the device and the software, and happy to see you're pushing updates very often with new feature. But the ring doesn't work anymore since a week ago. The battery runs out after a few hours, even after charging it completely. Something has somehow... changed, and it doesn't work as it should anymore. I've updated the firmware, and run diagnostics, but nothing fix the issue. Which im quite disappointed now, I can not use it and I have no data about myself since the issue started. I have a ultramarathon this weekend and won't be able to use it.

I bought the ring several months ago, so here is my honest review. As a mom of 3 I’m always on the go, survive on coffee and barely get any sleep. The Ultrahuman ring reminds to cut down coffee at certain time of the day and records how many hours of good sleep I got and how many hours I owe myself lol And I really love that! It makes me feel more conscious about managing my coffee intake and sleep habits. Also records my stress levels which it’s so helpful to me because it’s I find myself searching for ways to decrease stress. It has other amazing features, but those are the main ones I use everyday. I took one star off because the battery usually last me 3 days and I wish it lasted longer than that.

Only thing is I wish it would be better at taking treadmill steps in to account for overall steps! But otherwise I love being able to track my sleep and movement. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has been a great product so far. I bought this to run alongside my Garmin Tactics Pro. It’s very interesting to see the difference in monitoring between the two. The amount of data that the ring gathers is amazing and I am excited to see new features coming in the future. As someone who is not use to wearing rings, it was an adjustment getting use to having it on my index finger. Like anything you get use to it after a while. Highly recommend for anyone looking for tons of insight. I’ve not had anything else that gives this much of a deep dive into vitals and it’s been a blast getting to learn through it all.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this 3 months ago and it was a different experience compared to smart watch. you can still monitor your health and wear your favorite watch (not smart watch). Sleep tracking is also accurate and giving helpful insights. Sleep score was awesome and it pushed me to reach my goal. Sun exposure was also helpful and it gave me a reason to go out during the day.

I with there was more in depth information for mental cycle tracking. Also more capabilities for logging information about the days activities that could affect different statistics.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This ring has changed my life from a standpoint of prioritizing my sleep. The ring is excellent for tracking certain things. My complaint would be the size and quality of it. After a few months the gold paint is worn off and it doesn't look great. It is also extremely wide and becomes bothersome when doing some tasks using my hands. All in all I am happy with the product and what it has done for motivating me to be a healthier person.
