[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the ring. Bought it maybe 4-5 months ago and it has been great for tracking my sleep and helping me stay on top of my move goals. I would recommend it to everyone. Something I’d love for it to develop would be a more comprehensive cycle tracker for women that allows me to track more symptoms and changes in the week that would effect my cycle. However, as it stands the ring has been immensely helpful to me and tuning my recovery.

The app’s curated sleep goals actually help me feel better throughout the day when achieved. The activity levels and movement goals have helped me maintain an active lifestyle while working a rotating day and night shift schedule as a nurse and still feel refreshed to be present for my family. I gave up my smartwatch and bought this ring. But, there has been major glitches in data accuracy. I worked out for 60 mins and it showed 54 calories burnt. I mean how strange is that?

One day, I saw the notification saying my period is coming soon. Surprisingly it came on the day! I was very pleased to have the ring!

I love that they're constantly coming up with new features, updates and keeping us learning without any additional monthly fees. I really do enjoy it. My only "complain" is the actual hardware. I wear the gold one and I feel as if the edges have already lost the gold and the ring itself looks like it's been on me for 7 years instead of 7 months.
