It is far more accurate than my Apple Watch at tracking sleep and I find it helpful that it suggests possible causes for sleep issues. Some wear issues from normal use that I would have hoped for better given the cost.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my ring 13 Month ago, and sadly the first versions I received had some problems. On the first one after 2 Month all sensors stopped working but Ring was still charged. On the second and the third ring the epoxy got weak after 4 Month and pieces of epoxy fell out where upon the ring either stopped working fully or took a day to charge and half an hour to discharge. The forth ring I received now 3 Month ago and sofar so good, Epoxy still normal, sensors work fine and battery all ok. All broken rings replaced under warranty without discussion. As for its functions, it is just great, I use it the most to track my sleep and heartrate, but also tracking sports is easy. What I like the most is that you do not notice wearing it, due to its weight, same or lighter then other "normal" rings.

I received it as a Christmas gift from my husband and all the data output has been amazing; I love the tracking, all the types of data & insights, and the fact it replaces a handful of gadgets into a simplified app! Added bonus is the new additions coming all the time with fertility & cycle tracking, and how the insights play into my pregnancy with resting heart rate & sleep data. The only reason for a drop in the stars is because the battery life/capacity has greatly diminished in the months since I started using it (I received the ring in December, and have used it daily for the last seven months). While at first it lasted a few days at a time, now even in a lower "Chill" mode, I have to charge it multiple times per day to be sure I have enough battery power to track my sleep data overnight.

It’s very important for me to keep track of these items because if my sleep hours are low then it can affect me during my daily routine. The ring is comfortable and no issues with wearing it while I sleep. It does charge pretty fast which is convenient. Overall, happy with my purchase!

The Ultrahuman Ring Air stands out for its lightweight, comfortable design (It is barely noticeable), and super-long battery life. I love the Gold finish!! It monitors my sleep. I keep it in Turbo mode, which tracks the maximum amount of data, and still averages more than six days per charge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the ring approximately 6 months ago. Unfortunately after 2 months it died and I was n out able to connect it anymore. Thank to the support we solved everything and I got a new ring in two weeks. Since than I have experienced no issues. I would say in general only positive things about it when it comes to tracking. I really like how the ring measures my sleep efficiency and that for every metric it gives actual explanation what it means and how to improve it. Also things such as dynamic is crucial for me as for an athlete. The battery is not the best but in chill mode it is ok
