It has been great for tracking my sleep and I haven’t had any battery issues. The app has a lot of data which is great, but my one complaint is that it is a little bit overwhelming and hard to navigate.

It looks nice on the finger. What I like most about Ultrahuman is that they constantly are improving and add new features. Sometimes the ring won’t connect in the app which leads to me not being able to check my data. The connection is a bit fiddly sometimes. It did scratch with everyday use, bus I’m not too precise with my day-to-day handling.

I didn’t realise the impact improving my sleep would have on my well- being. I thought I was getting “good enough sleep” but with the help of UH I have made adjustments such as sleeping earlier, eating earlier, reducing stimulants towards the end of the day. My step count has more than doubled as the feedback encourages me to stay mobile. I am now going to get a walking pad to keep me progressing when autumn arrives. The silver ring looks great. The battery is about 4 days, which is good. The charging tone is amazing at only 30 minutes. No on going subscription, so great value overall.

I bought the Ultrahuman Air approximately 2 months ago and I'm content with it. I haven't had any problems with it so far. My only complaint is that when I bought the ring, it was advertised with a battery life of up to 6 days. I can go about 3-4 days in between charges and I have it on chill mode. I have the raw titanium color and it gets scratched pretty easily. Other than that, I love the ring.

The ring has been able to detect trends and sleep patterns that I never would've discovered otherwise which has allowed me to totally change my nighttime routine to improve my sleep. Very disappointing because I was loving my ring, but now must abandon my ring (note: support will not authorize replacement without purchase info) plus dispute the money I paid for extended warranty. Spent hours on chat trying to resolve this, and I'm so aggravated by the process its impossible to leave a positive review.
