Having the Ultrahuman ring is amazing because I can charge it during the day and sleep with it on to track my sleep. I recommend this ring to every person I meet. It is comfortable, accurate, and has so many amazing features!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the UH over the Oura ring because there is no monthly fee. So far I am enjoying my ring, I find the sleep data the most inciteful but also really enjoy the caffeine suggestions. The battery life is not as good as I expected, some days it is worse than others. There is an option to preserve battery with a certain setting but it does limit some of the data collected so I haven't played around with that yet. I am interested to see how well it tracks my cycle as I plan to come off of Birth Control in the coming months.

It helps me focus on my sleep and my self care generally. Gently reminding me when to move more or lay off the caffeine. The main thing it has helped me with is getting sunlight first thing in the morning to help regulate my circadian rhythm. I feel more in control of my habits as I can check in with the app anytime to see what my body is dealing with.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the ring a few months ago and it was great but now I’m having issues. Regarding sleep data, the ring is supposed to continue tracking sleep even when you get up to use the bathroom quickly. It did that well in the beginning but for the past few weeks is would stop tracking after I get out of bed for a few minutes. For example if I sleep at 10 pm, use he bathroom at 2am, then officially wake up at 8am… the ring will show I only slept from 10pm-2am and my status will be in the red. Now everything it suggests throughout the day is wrong because it is operating off faulty data. I have updated the software and firmware but still no luck.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Im mostly happy about the fact that i don’t have a monthly fee for insights, the sleep score and the fertility tracking. I do think the battery life could be longer, but the new feature that helps control battery usage has helped. I also am not the biggest fan of the newest insight called ultra age. It’s not very clear on what it tracks and kinda contradicts the other cardio/heart age insight. I wish the ultra age would give you better understanding of the factors and how to improve it. It also doesn’t pick up on the times i work out and i just figured out how to add them after. But i wish it would intuitively pick it up and ask “did you work out?” like it does for the nap.

Thanks to the caffeine window feature, I stopped drinking coffee right after waking up and started feeling more energized during the day. It also motivates me to stay more active during the day, and offers many interesting insights into my health. I really like that they are rolling out new features all the time!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the ring first in May, and it stopped working in a week's time. The second time, I received the ring from Ultrahuman as a replacement for the faulty ring; this time the ring stopped functioning in 20 days' time. This has to be one of the worst products that I have bought. Once the ring runs out of battery, the ring will not turn back on.
