Buds drooped then did not open

The buds of the roses did not open and instead just drooped. This is despite changing the water every day. I have purchased this numerous times in the past and this has not been the case. I am very disappointed.

First they arrived late. Second they looked and felt like they had been frozen. The roses looked dead when they arrived. Very soft and fell of the steams the ones that remained on the steam never opened up.

Let down

We ordered 100 stems last year for a work event and they were absolutely gorgeous. We ordered 50 stems this year and it was a night and day difference. Wilted, molded and already yellowing when we opened the boxes. It was too late to reorder so we had to go elsewhere for another 2 dozen to get by. (Tried to add the pictures to this review but keep getting a network client error)

Member’s Mark Roses Ruined My Valentine’s

I bought two cases of 150 Member’s Mark roses to make 24‑ and 50‑stem Valentine’s Day bouquets, and this purchase was a complete disaster. The roses arrived with tiny, underdeveloped, pathetic buds that looked nothing like the photos or what you’d expect for Valentine’s Day. Half the stems were weak, or already on their last leg, and a lot of the buds never opened at all. These were supposed to be “Premium” roses, but what I received was nowhere near sellable quality; especially when customers expect full, beautiful blooms. And because the order arrived so close to Valentine’s Day, returning them wasn’t even an option. I ended up losing money and scrambling to salvage whatever I could just to keep my customers from being disappointed. No business owner should have to patch together bouquets from a bulk order that was supposed to be reliable. Sam’s Club, if you’re going to market these roses, then the quality needs to match the promise. This experience cost me time, money, and customer trust. I won’t be buying Member’s Mark roses again, and I strongly suggest other business owners think twice before relying on them.

This the first time I have ordered members mark roses 50 count. I ordered these roses because sams club was out of stock of the roses I buy each year for Mother’s Day. My order shipped on time and was delivered on the day that was promised and it arrived in good condition. I thought the box the roses were in was very small, I honestly didn’t think 50 roses would fit in it. I opened the box to prepare the roses and there were no care instructions in the box, only 2 packets for mixing in the water for the roses. All other roses that I have purchased from sams club always had very specific care instructions on how to unpack the roses, trim the stems, and how to store them in a cool dark place for two days. It was disappointing there were no instructions of any kind. The roses were in good shape when I unpacked them, trimmed the stems and put them in water. They looked really good after I arranged them in vases. The next morning I noticed one rose had dropped and I had to discard it, by that afternoon I noticed two more had dropped and had to be discarded. The following day Sunday, (Mother’s Day), the roses looked fine and my wife loved them. By Monday half of the roses had drooped and looked bad. Disappointed the roses didn’t last as long as I had expected. I won’t order members mark roses again.
