Most of the roses are wilted, I had to remove several layers of petals, I did not return to the store due to lack of time.

Good quality but yellowed fairly easily. For the price, it did the job, but I Will just order garden roses next time.

These roses were absolutely beautiful. They were used to make small arrangements for the ends of the aisles in church for a wedding. Brought them home afterward and they looked amazing for over 2 weeks.

Bought these flowers for a rehearsal dinner. They arrived on the date expected. I made my arrangements. They turned out beautiful. Flowers lasted for over a week. Very happy with my order.

These were perfect! I ordered for my bridal shower and as a test run and then again for my wedding. They were beautiful and lasted through the weekend. They shipped right on time too. We cut them and sorted into buckets the day they arrived and kept them in an air conditioned room which I think helped with the longevity. I’d recommend these to anyone with the extra time to put them together!!

Ordering roses for Valentines day was a big mistake, I've never had this issue when I've ordered otherwise, just avoid ordering during any major flower holidays. Majority of the roses were dead when arrived and were super small, I had to consider the order as a loss.

I have purchased these before but this time was not good. Upon arrival they didn’t look healthy. I put them in buckets of water with the lower leaves removed and the stems were cut at angle. By day 2 The rose petals were already turning brown before the event. I peeled away the outer petals and that helped some. By Saturday, they were presentable but not as high quality has I have had in the past. I threw a lot away because they took away from the beauty of decor for the New Years Eve event. I should have contacted customer service.

I ordered 50 thornless red and 50 thornless white roses. The red rose's flowers were beautiful buds and opened within 2 days after receiving them. I was very happy with them. The white rose's flowers were brown tipped and partially opened when received and never looked as nice as the red. Next time I'll try the pink instead of white. Also, even though I paid for the thornless roses most of the flower stems had thorns. The flowers were received as promised with instruction on how to handle and prepare them. Overall, I was pleased with these flowers.

Arrive in a box with instructions for care. Get them into water as soon as you can. Listen to letting them open for the whole time because they are gorgeous when they open. Great value for what is received ! Very gorgeous flowers. Photo shown is one week after event.

Couldn't have been more pleased with the roses. All were intact upon arrival, very fresh, really large buds, and they were packed very well. We had them delivered three days before our event as suggested by Sam's, and that was October 19. The wedding was October 22. Today is November 4 and the roses we didn't use for wedding decorations are still kicking believe it or not. I would not hesitate to order bulk flowers from Sam's again in the future.
