Bakery fresh. Soft and chewy just like you want and when toasted the outside gets just crispy enough. Stayed fresh for several days.

Needs more flavor and toughness. I wanted to love them, but couldn't they are okay. The baker needs to reformulate the recipe. Good for the price.

Bagels are more doughy than chewy. Are great toasted. I freeze in individual bags and toast each morning as needed.
