Works very well for massaging my wife's back. It has good power and battery life. It lasts for 1.5 to 2 hours per charge.

This is better than a Theragun. It has 5 speeds and attachments. I can only handle about 60 seconds of a Theragun. I can use this for 15 minutes. It works remarkably well.

Honestly, I ended up returning this item. Even on the lowest setting, it was pretty powerful/intense but it did nothing to help my lower back (my most problem area). It did help with my shoulders but not enough to keep it.

Works great. Only draw back is the switch location. Have a tendency to hit the switch while using the gun thus turning it off. Otherwise it is a good item to have.

Massage gun does a good job of relieving pain caused by back nerve pain. Care must be taken to apply the appropriate pressure and not let the messages “bounce” on a bone. With the proper use, this is very effective.
