Chopped chives add that 'little something' to so many dishes, I find myself adding them to virtually everything, especially tuna and chicken salads, pasta dishes, dips, etc.

Love chives with scrambled eggs and in a number of rice and chicken dishes. Tired of buying and keeping fresh. These freeze dried work great given time to rehydrate.

I use a lot of chives in various dishes and soups. Adding it to dumplings make the dumplings more flavorful and with a little fresh parsley or from Sam's in a large container--it makes even the grumpiest men take notice and eat more. My little ones cannot get enough and now comment on the flavor for Sam's seems to have cornered the market on freshness.

We use this in rice & on baked potatoes. It makes our meals appear fancy. When really they are cheap. Always fresh and fly everywhere when the stove exhaust fan is on. Lol
