[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have dust and pet dander allergies so I was excited to try out this mattress protector. First off, it's simple enough to put on the mattress. With two people it can can be very quickly. We did stand the mattress on its end and it went on easily. Be careful zipping it up. The zipper did get caught a few times. It fit nicely, however there is some extra room so you might be able to get a mattress topper in there also.    A few things I observed on the first night of sleeping with the mattress protector on  was 1) it made me feel very warm, not something I am a huge fan of, but my husband loved it, and 2) there is a slight crinkly sound when you move around. Not a big deal, I think that will go away if we add the mattress topper back on to help fill in the protector.    I made sure to vacuum the mattress well before I put on the protector. I like that it is waterproof to protect from any accidents the little one may have when napping on our bed. I love that it can help prolong the life of our mattress.  I look forward to no more sneezing from my allergies.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very loud, feels like you are laying on a plastic furniture wrap. Pretty uncomfortable too, I have a plush pillow top queen bed and I felt like I was laying on the hard ground with this thing on.... it somehow just laid flat across and did not form to the contour of my usually amazing mattress. Also, I felt as if it increased the heat rather than providing a cooling/breathe able effect. After laying in bed for just a short time, it felt as if I had a heated mattress. Let’s just say multiple nights I woke up completely sweating. Definitely would be very difficult to put on with just one person, due to having to make sure it is lined up correctly, or else it won’t zipper right. Also, there is an excess piece of fabric which has to be tucked back otherwise the zipper gets stuck multiple times. The water resistance was adequate enough to not allow it to reach the mattress. As my dogs bladder will occasionally leak from too much water intake & it did not reach the mattress with this protector on.

put this on and maybe 4 months later notice mold on the top, unzipped it and to my surprise there's mold everywhere on the mattress and it was sitting in water. so it obviously traps moisture and now I am out a $600 twin mattress because this voids the warranty on it. Sucks they wont replace a mattress that their product damaged beyond repair. DO NOT BUY- ESPECIALLY IF YOU LIVE IN A HUMID CLIMATE LIKE TEXAS OR FLORIDA.

A drink was spilled on the bed last week and the mattress wasnt even touched. Highly recommend this for clumsy parents or small kids.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really wanted to give this product the opportunity to work as I have a child with severe allergies. We were using another product, but now I am going to purchase this protector for all of our beds, including our guest room. I like that it was easy to put onto the bed --although it took 2 of us, the protector did not alter the comfortability --this is particularly important with children. Although my child is potty-trained, the extra comfort in knowing should an accident happen, the mattress is protected is priceless. My child has allergies and asthma flare ups later into the night, right around bed time. I immediately noticed that the coughing stopped and the ease at which my child fell asleep. With all other factors remaining the same, it must be the protector! Lastly, I am very happy to know that we do not have to be concerned with bed bugs, dust mites, or other creatures that roam sometimes sight unseen. With the purchase of new mattresses this year, we are good to go for the next 5-7 years if we change the protector out.

Occasionally my daughter will take naps in my bed too, and occasionally will have an accident. It works great for all that.

It doesn't make that typical plastic noise you usually get with waterproof mattress covers. I do feel like it makes the bed a little warmer than usual. But if it protects the brand new mattress then I'm all for it.
