This bacon is the bomb. I cut the pieces in half and freeze them in about 6 packs (depends how much you want to cook at once). It has great flavor and if you take it out for about 10 minutes before cooking it doesn’t shrink to nothing like other brands

Excellent bacon. Our family really enjoys good bacon, and we cook a tray of this bacon at least once a week. The Hickory Smoked variety is almost as good, but this Applewood flavoring is the best.

Too much fat.

We have bought this bacon several times. And are usually shocked about how much fat is on the bacon. We like to cook our bacon in the oven so a lot of the fat comes off. But it is the best tasting Bacon. The flavor is exceptional. And it cooks up beautifully in the oven. So don’t let the appearance scare you. It’ll be some of the best bacon you’ll ever taste if you don’t overcook it too well done.
