Good Handling, Quiet, Require Replacement at 33,000 kms

Purchased theses tires in December of 2015. In less than 2 years after approximately 33,000 kms I am now being told that the tire require replacement already. Initially, seasonal performance was great and the tires were indeed quiet; unfortunately they appear have to wore out well before their suggested 90,000 kms expected life time. We purchased the 235/65R17 tires for our Honda Odyssey. Seems like our experience was very similar to that of the Ford Escape owner.

I purchased four Latitude ...

I purchased four Latitude HP XL P255 50 R19 tires for my 2009 Toyota Highlander, (Non- OME). These tires are awesome. They handle like a dream, there is little or no cabin noise, and the gas mileage has improved over the original garbage tires that were on the SUV. No problems with wheel housing fit. If you are looking for your next set of tires, look no further. They are not cheap, but well worth the investment and peace of mind. I am a Michelin man for life.

Buying 2nd set of 4 tires.

Ready to buy my second set of 4 tires for my 2010 Toyota Rav 4 Base. First set of 4 lasted 3 years with 59000 miles on them. 2 need replaced and 2 others could go a little longer but I will replace all 4 with the coming of winter weather. Well satisfied with these tires and quieter than the original OEM tires. Performed better and longer than the original OEM tires which were Bridgestone Dueler. Do recommend regular rotation and balance.

Latitude Tour HP

I've got my SUV from Japan with the Toyo tires. Excellent grip, a bit noisy and lasted 3 years. Replaced them with Michelin. Excellent grip, much lower noise and lasted 7 years. Now I have both all-season and winter tires from Michelin. And forget to check the tires pressure for months. When change from all-season to winter and back, the pressure is still nominal.

Good tire, bad treadlife

I put these tires on my 2007 Hyundai Santa Fe at 56,000 miles. They were an instant upgrade in ride quality, handling and road noise. My only disappointment is that after 35,000 miles, I have to replace them due to treadwear. I rotated at every 7500 miles without fail. I'll have to see what the retailer gives me as a pro-rated treadwear warrantee towards a new set. If they give me a reasonable amount then it would make it worth putting another set on. We shall see.

High mileage tire

I purchased this tire in particular because it was a high mileage, quiet tire. On the bad side, I think the "quietness" is hard to measure because it is highly dependent on the road surface. It is no louder than the OEM tires that came on the vehicle, which were not Michelin brand. However, it performs as good if not better. Individual results will greatly vary and in retrospect, it should probably not been factored with such great emphasis on my part. Additionally, I bought this tire because it was supposed to save fuel. I saw no difference between one tire versus another tire. From the time I changed my worn OEM tires, to the immediate use afterwards, I saw absolutely no difference in MPG. I think any representations about fuel efficiency are based on laboratory testing, and likely to vary greatly by individual experience. I would not factor this as a reason to purchase these tires. On the good side, these tires have really lasted a long time. Thus far, I have 65,000 miles on them and it would not surprise me if I went another 20,000 miles. Only now are they starting to show some wear. You pay a little more, but apparently, you get it back in durability.

Michelin.

Bought a set of these tires early 2013. When I drove home I had a vibration. Called the dealer. He said they would get it corrected. I have had my vehicle at the dealership 6 times including changing out the front two tires for new tires and they still vibrate. I have ask them to change out the two back ones and they said they could not do that. If I can't get this problem corrected this will be the last Michelin tires I will buy. I have had Michelin tires for my last three vehicles but not again unless this is fixed.

I have used Michelin on ...

I have used Michelin on all my trucks and suv's. We were purchasing my 1st used Yukon and a sales person told me to look at the tires and if they have Michelin's the owner took care of the car because the average person does want to invest in their tires. I purchased a Yukon with Michelin on it and replace them last month with another set of Michelin so it will continue to last.

Smooth Ride Great Steering

This is my first Michelin purchase on an all wheel drive vehicle that has 140k+ miles. I have had these tires for a few weeks now with several hundred miles on them. They have been over roads with big potholes, and back-roads with gravel and mud... and yes these tires are proving they can handle almost anything. The ease of steering and a good control in gravel and mud is something I was impressed with. Highway use is quiet and comfortable even though the tire has a rugged look. The last obstacle is the cold and brutal Iowa winter, however if they perform as they have so far I will be more than satisfied with the results. And they even offered a rebate on this set, something that was a nice bonus since I would have purchased them anyway after seeing the great reports they have on almost every major review source. The only small downfall was having to wait for the tires to arrive at the local tire shop. Either my size tire was few and far... or many people bought the same model at the same time. It is a little early to give extended praise for this tire model but I will say that I am looking forward to the next two years of wear and hopefully hitting the 200k mile mark with this set of tires...

Very happy! 7,000 miles in 1st 10 weeks!

I do a lot of driving, both personnel and business. I have put 7,000 miles on this set in the first ten weeks, and I was pleasantly surprised how quite the ride is, especially on the highway. The smooth ride was not a surprise, because I've had other similar Michelin tires, before. Handling has been great. The feel on grooved pavement is a little odd, maybe because I have not had the actual feel before? I'm looking forward to the next 60,000 miles.
