I can only assume they find this material more durable, as it will have much less chance of ripping. I never had a bug or allergy problem, but when they do surface, sometimes u never know it, so its a good insurance policy....

The last thing anyone wants during COVID is getting sick from bedbugs or allergies from your mattress! I would highly recommend getting one of these, AllerEase is amazing.

I was eager to use this on my daughter's queen size bed. She has asthma and also suffers from many allergies including dust mites. This mattress has definitely helped her sleep better and has kept her asthma at bay. I also have not seen any bedbugs although we never had these before. I am glad the mattress protector also has this feature. i look forward to her continued use of this product.

I installed it and noticed a difference in the allergic reactions I have during the day and night as I am allergic to mold and other allergens in the air. This product is lightweight, easy to install and has the added benefit to health. I totally recommend this product for its benefits and easy installation.

I love this mattress protector - it is easy to put on, the zipper feels very sturdy - I'm very happy with my purchase and would buy this cover again. I bought 4 for all the beds in the house after I received my first one!

A little more on the expensive side but it was easy to put on and zipped up easy but you have to keep the inside lining from getting caught on the zipper, super important step.

My mattress is a 10 inch and this says it fits a 14 inch. No it does not! It is so tight on my 10 inch and I’m afraid it’s going to stretch and rip when I’m on it. However, It is not noisy and it is not hot.

This is a very substantial mattress cover. Not thin or crinkly like so many others. A good price for an excellent quality item. I’d definitely buy this item again.

It fit my queen mattress perfectly and was reasonably easy to put on when following directions. The quality was good and it was there when I needed it. We were exposed to bed bugs at a recent hotel stay and we needed to treat quickly.
