Great Flavor and texture. I cooked this salmon on my wood pellet grill and it turned out amazing.

Followed the instructions, and they ended up pretty dry. They were okay and my son did not complain but he did say he was not a fan.

This is probably the best cooked in home salmon I can remember. It's thicker and more moist than most. Almost as good as restaurant cooked.
