The package itself looked great per the photo send to me by the person I gifted this Basket to however I was disappointed that it did not have the tote bag as advertised in the picture. I had emailed SAMS team for customization as suggested in the description but there was no response to the customization request nor any customization was done. When I chatted to the live agent about this, they had agreed to email me and let me know how to proceed forward but they never sent me to email either.
