[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this for free in exchange for an honest review. I was excited to receive this as I have 3 kids, 2 dogs and live in an area with snow. Setup was easy, put the handle on the "vacuum", plug in the base and set it on top. I use this primarily to clean up after the kids and dogs. It's incredibly convenient to pick up quick messes, especially when snow and mud is tracked in. It will even work on my wife's area rug. It's incredibly easy to use, in fact my kids like when it's their time to use it. The only downfall is it doesn't really work for sticky messes and caked on mud. It would work if there was more weight on the brush. Realistically it's only a minor shortcoming, I prefer to mop anyways. Overall if you just want to use this for quick clean up it works great. Definitely not useful for bigger messes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bissell CrossWave HF3 is easy to operate and stores nicely in it's charging cradle, which has a relatively small footprint. A wall mount would be a nice option to have. While it did a good job of pulling a lot of dirt off the floor, it didn't pick up everything. We have a toddler and several areas of dried milk did not come off after several passes. The machine specific cleaner leaves the floor feeling smooth, not sticky like some cleaners which is good. Additionally, you have to clean out the machine and clean the roller after each use and let dry for 24 hours, which takes time and effort. This could be a product that could be leveraged as a once or twice a week deep cleaner but for quick wipe ups I would still use swifter wet jet. While over, it may have cleaned better than a quicker product the dried milk it wasn't able to remove and if you can't get your floors looking clean, removing more dirt doesn't matter quite as much.

I was so glad to find this product because it can do both in a quick and efficient way. The included cleaning solution has a wonderful fresh scent and the unit picks up a good amount of dirt and debris. I just wish there was a better way to get into cracks and corners, and to tackle tougher jobs like deepset dirt, you'll need tougher tools. It's easy to handle which is great when you've got all ages pitching in to help. Overall, very happy with this appliance!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so impressed with how well this Bissell vacuum cleaned my hardwood floors. A wet dry vac was a new concept for me but it was easy to set up for use and has a dock to sit in while charging. It has 2 canisters, one for the water and the other for the dirty mess you will sweep up. The battery lasted much longer than expected and it still had plenty of charge when I was finished. I love that it's cordless so there is no cord tangling up while moving about your home. It also has a self cleaning feature which makes cleaning the vacuum itself, after it cleans your floor, a breeze. The amount of debris it cleans up is disgusting yet very satisfying to see. I love using this vacuum and actually look forward to cleaning with it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bissell Crosswave HF3 has made my life that much easier. Operating the crosswave is really easy with just the push of a button. Right when you turn it on it almost wants to roll by itself, I love this compared to other heavier multi vacs I've tried. The cross wave doesn't leave my floor with streaks and it dries pretty quickly. The added accessories for clean up are a nice addition too. I really don't have any cons for this Bissell, it's a great wet/dry vacuum. Definitely recommend this one over other brands.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had another cross wave that I absolutely loved but I guess they quit making them. It had a bigger tank, it had a trigger that you could control when you wanted the cleaner to be dispensed. It was awesome. This new one I absolutely hate it. It don't clean and you are constantly emptying the tank and refilling the tank. It gets to the point where I just sweep and mop by hand. Very disappointed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow! This is a game changer. I have a mix of hardwood, tile and laminate in my home and this works great on all surfaces. Mopping is very labor intensive and this makes cleaning a breeze. There are no streaks on the hardwood. The battery is long lasting and the self cleaning feature is amazing. It is easy to take apart for further cleaning and drying. The floors dried fast so I am comfortable that it will not damage my hardwood.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Opening the box this Vac was super easy to put together. Just had to snap on the handle. Also included were two samples of the cleaner from Brissell which seem will last quite a while. The tank for the water and cleaner is clearly marked with the amounts to be used take any guess work out of it which was nice. Just fill with water to the line then with the solution to the next line and you are ready to go. The unit came with a partial charge and was able to try it out on my kitchen floor. The self propel is a nice feature to zip around the room. The solution is automatically applied while work so no need to hit an extra button. Picked up dog hair and leaves with no issue while leaving a very clean surface. The charging station is a little large. It is a floor base the vac sits in. So no option of mounting the a wall to keep out of the way. I am used to a standard plug with smaller cordless vacuums. Wouldnt be a deal breaker for me.
