I was very suspicious when I received the product as I have had bad experiences in the past with non-stick cookware. However, I have been thrilled with these products. They are truly non-stick and disperse the heat very well across the surface. As I am typing this, I have a batch of peach jam simmering away in the pot. Last time I made peach jam, some of it stuck to the bottom of the pot and was a pain to clean out. Even just stirring it, I can feel the difference in the jam not getting stuck to the pot. 100% would recommend!!

I bought this as a Christmas gift to myself. I have never bought a better set of cookware in my life. It heats consistently, cleans up well, and I feel safe cooking with it. I've very protective of it and always hand wash it. I want them to maintain their pristine look for as long as possible. I love them so much, I found the extra pieces (soup pot and 12in fry pan) at a local store and purchased those as well.

This cookware set is very sleek and cooks everything well. The only flaw it had is that the pot lid handles get extremely hot. I was cooking a stew, and when I lifted lid immediately dropped the lid. This is the only reason it's not 5 stars, besides that everything about this cookware is great.

Holy cow! This is such a amazing set. We are a very busy family of 8 and I cook a ton. These are so great!! I've never had a set this nice before. The nonstick is true to its word. Healthy eating we cook a ton of egg whites and eggs and the frying pans are perfect for this. The big pot for spaghetti makes it nice to prevent overflowing when water boils. Easy to clean, nonstick, heavy duty and high quality are definitely words that describe this set! You won't be disappointed!

We bought these to replace a set of Calphalon hard anodized pots and pans that lasted for years and would have lasted even longer if I had hand washed them instead of occasionally putting them in the dishwasher. The anodized finish wore off from the dishwasher. After much research, I couldn’t find the same simple non-non stick hard anodized cookware and stumbled across an awesome post Christmas deal on this All-Clad Non-Stick hard anodized cook set. I have been committed to hand washing despite the suggestion that they are dishwasher safe. All-Clad does suggest hand washing over dishwasher for best practice. How do they perform for cooking? Great! I find nothing to complain about whatsoever. They heat evenly, the non-stick is just that and cleanup afterward is a breeze. I bought the Blue 3M nylon scrubber sponges and I don’t need the rough side at all, just the sponge. They are heavy but manageable. I have purchased racks that let me store them without banging them against each other. I’m determined to make these last a lifetime!

So gorgeous and sturdy. I hadn't purchased new pans in 20 years and these caught my attention. The rounded bottom portion of pans makes stacking them virtually impossible and cooking a bit more difficult. I will be buying pans with straight sides next round.

I have never in my life had such great cookware; I never knew All-Clad existed until now. I've used all types of cookware non-stick, stainless steel and none of them compare to All-Clad cookware. I sautéed some mushrooms and onion to go on the burgers I was cooking on the grill and OMG they sautéed perfectly; it distributed the heat from my stove evenly. I was able to flip them around without any of them coming out of the frying pan. I love the weight, the deepness of the frying pan. The handles stay cool when you cook; you don't need a heat mitt. Also the clean up was a breeze just wiped it out once with my dishcloth and rinse. I would recommend All-Clad to my family and friends or anyone else looking for quality cookware. I will definitely buy other pieces to add to my set. Excellent product All-Clad.

So far I have used four of the pans and love them. In the 8 qt pan I made soup and what I loved was how large the bottom of the pan was compared to the top since it tapers. Things cooked a little faster and the clean up is wonderful. A little soap and water is all you need. The frying pans I have used before and clean up as well. My only negative the way they are shaped is harder to store.

Received this as a Christmas gift and I am LOVING it. Cooking is my passion & this is the first non-stick cookware I have ever used that is truly non-stick. Do not hesitate to buy if you want something that really does what it is supposed to do. It is pricey but worth every penny if you want something that will not disappoint.

I bought this set before the holidays and am glad I did. The cooking Is easy and the cleanup is quick and painless. The lids work well as long as you don’t grab the metal handle barehanded when hot. The glass makes it easy to keep an eye on sauces and soups.
