We bought these to replace a set of Calphalon hard anodized pots and pans that lasted for years and would have lasted even longer if I had hand washed them instead of occasionally putting them in the dishwasher. The anodized finish wore off from the dishwasher. After much research, I couldn’t find the same simple non-non stick hard anodized cookware and stumbled across an awesome post Christmas deal on this All-Clad Non-Stick hard anodized cook set. I have been committed to hand washing despite the suggestion that they are dishwasher safe. All-Clad does suggest hand washing over dishwasher for best practice. How do they perform for cooking? Great! I find nothing to complain about whatsoever. They heat evenly, the non-stick is just that and cleanup afterward is a breeze. I bought the Blue 3M nylon scrubber sponges and I don’t need the rough side at all, just the sponge. They are heavy but manageable. I have purchased racks that let me store them without banging them against each other. I’m determined to make these last a lifetime!

I gave up my waterless cooking pots and pan set that I had for 40 years - not a dent on them. My newly married daughter bought a set and loves them. I am just so afraid of scratches to the cooking surface. I replaced all of my cooking utensils and bought silicone ones. So far so good.

I bought this as recommended by the allclad rep I spoke with. VERY disappointed as it only works on the smallest burners. The induction enhancement plates must only be 5 inches so if you have a higher end induction appliance these are not the non stick to buy.

I really love this set. I have only owned lower quality brands in the past so I was not sure whether these would live up to their reputation, but boy have they. I have had these for about a month and wanted the time to use everything a few times before reviewing them.

I bought this as a Christmas gift to myself. I have never bought a better set of cookware in my life. It heats consistently, cleans up well, and I feel safe cooking with it. I've very protective of it and always hand wash it. I want them to maintain their pristine look for as long as possible. I love them so much, I found the extra pieces (soup pot and 12in fry pan) at a local store and purchased those as well.

Holy cow! This is such a amazing set. We are a very busy family of 8 and I cook a ton. These are so great!! I've never had a set this nice before. The nonstick is true to its word. Healthy eating we cook a ton of egg whites and eggs and the frying pans are perfect for this. The big pot for spaghetti makes it nice to prevent overflowing when water boils. Easy to clean, nonstick, heavy duty and high quality are definitely words that describe this set! You won't be disappointed!

These are heavy but due to the terrible curved design of the handles, holding and washing is difficult without gloves or towel. Other models have more rounded handles making it more comfortable even though they are heavy. I have a brand new top of the line Samsung induction cooktop range, the larger pans do not work (they do not get detected) but the smaller pans are detected just fine. I have cheaper induction pans which work perfectly and have exactly the same base diameter. I am having a Samsung service technician come to my house to inspect the cooktop but I suspect they will just tell me the All-Clad pans are the issue since cheaper similarly sized pans work just fine. I am very disappointed that I cannot use the larger pans, and not sure if it is an issue with the pan or the cooktop.

I received this gift ato Christmas. And so far I love these pans!! They are perfect. They heat up quick and evenly and keep their heat throughout the entire process. The nonstick is great and have yet to see any blemishes or scratches to the surface. The only thing is the handles are a little awkward with the divet and they are a little on the heavy side but if you want a heavy duty pan you're going to have to deal with that. Overall I LOVE this set!!

I love these pans, they are nice and heavy, which I love, and cooking in them is a dream. The only reason I can't give them 5 stars is the handle design. The "scooped out" handle is not only difficult to grip, but downright painful when picking up a pan to slide or pour food out. Had I realized this about them sooner, I would have opted for a different set. I love everything else about them, but the handles are disappointing.

These are incredible! I have struggled in the past to find a durable set of pots and pans that heats evenly, has a non-stick surface, and is easy to clean. This set is it!! I would recommend these to anyone looking for a high quality set of pots and pans. These are definitely very heavy duty pans (anodized with a stainless steel base and also dishwasher safe. :)
